We did not dismiss your complaint, but you did not notify us of any issues about the cleaning until the day before you were to check out. You had already been in the unit 3 nights before you told us that your sheets were dirty. If you had told us the night you checked in or the next morning, we would have addressed it immediately. You also told us you found food on the floor 3 days into your stay. At this point, we were unsure of who had left the food on the floor. We take cleaning issues very seriously and strive to keep all units as clean as possible. Again, we apologize for any issues you had and hope you come again.

We sent a text message to the phone number we had on file explaining that you needed to come by our office to pick up your guest packet, which included the key code. We ask guests at Sugar Top Resorts to come by our office to pick up a parking pass to make getting through the gate an easier process. There was also an after-hours phone number given in the text and in the guest guide that was in your packet for you to call with any issues. We are sorry for these problems, but we would have been happy to help you if you had called. We are sorry if you did not receive your directions. We try to make every guest's stay enjoyable.
