Guest house is nice and open. The fridge is a little small if staying for a extended time but overall the listing is nice.

We do actually have a larger additional refrigerator available that we can bring into the guest house for longer stays or for guests who need extra refrigerator space. The place was wonderfully located right on the river, but still very convenient to Nashville and surrounding areas... It was the best of both worlds. The host were wonderful people. I highly recommend this spot.

Perfect location for us. Pet friendly with a strict pet clean up policy in which we appreciated since the outdoor area was small. Had everything we needed for a short 2 night stay. No real cooking area however with the many fine restaurants in Nashville it is not needed. Will stay here again when in Nashville.

Perfect Place

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The view, the bed, the fire pit, even the shower and bath. Beautifully decorated and styled. It was so comfortable in every aspect! Even the towels were fluffy and in abundance. Check out was so easy! Book this place today!

This place was great for us. It is close to the apartment complex our son lives in. In addition, it is very pet friendly, so it made it nice for my son’s golden retriever to come and visit. We also enjoyed being on the river and sitting out on the deck. It was quiet and made us feel as if we were far from the city. It didn’t have a full kitchen, but did have a microwave, convection oven, small refrigerator and sink that allowed us to make small meals for breakfast. You could make something bigger if needed but there isn’t a stove top. The host was great and easy to communicate with.
