Had a great trip with my family of 5. Plenty to keep the kids busy. I would 100% stay there again. The home is a high quality custom home. Home is starting to show some signs of cosmetic wear but that’s very typical for a waterfront home, and for a home that’s been rented a fair amount. I found it to be an excellent value and well equipped. The location is excellent close to restaurants, ice cream, stores, mini golf. I would suggest maybe adding some more bowls, storage containers—but this is small potatoes. The only drawback, and not the fault of the home, is that the city itself makes beach access difficult, and paid parking everywhere is excessive and annoying. Resident beach at end of street is membership only, other beaches require some walking for access.

Beautiful Marco Island Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Although the home is much bigger than what we needed, it was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The home has a great pool and hot tub looking out on the inter coastal with morning visits by dolphins. This is a luxurious home with all the amenities. The only minor complaint was in the kitchen where the range hood could have used a good cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You will not be disappointed in this house! Perfect location! It was clean had plenty of room and so peaceful! The lanai was so relaxing and we would sit and watch dolphins every morning! Grandkids swam for hours daily in the beautiful pool. Rental company responded immediately if we had a question. Would give this property higher stars if I could.
