Location was on point, 2 min walk to the beach, very convenient, Kitchen well equipped, I used washerand dryer twice and worked well. Had to sweep entire place upon arrival, sofa bed was not comfortable and tvs would not connect to remotes, pool too small, did not use.

The condo itself was great. It was nice to have two bedrooms and bathrooms. Such easy access to the beach. We loved the condo. Our issue was the condo was completely infested with fruit flies. They could be seen throughout the entire condo. It was disgusting. Also, if you have an oversized car be aware of the small space to fit it. We were able to luckily park in the oversized spots at the entrance to the complex.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Island Palms B1. Check in was easy with the communication email with the code. The host sent a message to see if check in was okay within the first 12 hours. Only thing that I noted was that I was accustom to having more wash cloths as they only had 4 for 4 adults (we were staying 4 days). Another thing that I noted is that they probably need to hire a cleaning crew who is more attentive to detail as the fans and walls (bathrooms and bedrooms) had visible built up dust and the floors (if you walk barefoot on) had much grime. Kitchen was stocked well with cooking supplies, plates, cups, utensils. Bedding is really subjective as it was comfortable enough for me but it was hard for my husband. The most annoying event was with the 3 TVs.For my husband and brother-in-law who live to relax in front of the TV, it was quite frustrating for them to try work any of the TVs figuring out between the two remotes per TV (cable and TV controls),which HDMI, controlling the volume (which went off and on at will and intermittedly controled by the smaller remote). My electrician husband feels there perhaps was a short with the larger bedroom TV as we had to turn the TV a certain way to get it to work. We were able to sign into Netflix and Youtube and the place had cable TV service which we were thankful. But I did have problems for some freakish reason getting the volume to behave upon my last sign-in on Netflix. Overall, if one is not too snoody, well tolerable
