Great spot for football weekend.

Brought 6 adults to Lincoln for a football weekend and this place was exactly what we needed. Check in/out were very easy and the hosts were great. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Lincoln! The carriage house is exactly as described and was great four or family which consisted of generations from a 7 year old to my 90 year old grandma! There is a great running/walking trail nearby that I ran on and a coffee stop just two blocks away! It was a less than fifteen minute uber to the stadium. Worked perfectly for us!

Only one "true room." Not the number of beds that are advertised. The twin bed is two ottomans pushed together. One king bed is a beanbag that you un-stuff to place its padding on the floor. One king bed is ottomans pushed up to the couch to make a sofa bed. The only actual king bed is in the upstairs living area (not a bedroom). There was no hand soap in either bathroom. There are no bowls in the house (my kids are cereal out of the baking dish). And there were someones shoes under a couch. All that aside. It's in a safe neighborhood. It's a cute house. It's not for families. But it would be great for adults there for a weekend. The host was great with communication.

We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests: The listing clearly states that check-in is after 4 PM, and you arrived at 2 AM. Your first message came at 7:30 AM, which limited our ability to respond in person before your concerns were shared publicly. The king room is accurately described in our listing as a king suite, with ample space, a sectional, and a Corduroy convertible beanbag bed. The modular sofa bed and twin futon are also described in detail under sleeping arrangements. There are bowls stocked in the kitchen; we’re sorry they were overlooked. We would have gladly delivered any additional items, including hand soap, had we been given the opportunity. Checkout is at 11 AM; the late departure was noted, and we appreciate timely departures to prepare for the next guest. We’re always available to assist and would have happily resolved any issues if contacted sooner. Thank you again for staying with us.
