Property was as advertised , clean, convenient great areas for the dogs. We enjoyed the stay and the accommodations outback. I would definitely recommend to someone looking for a cooler getaway up north from the Phoenix area.

Another amazing stay at The Ranch!! This was our 2nd stay at this property and 3rd stay overall with Bob and Kattie. The house is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking scenery. Everything you could need is stocked in the home. We brought our kids and dogs and everyone had an amazing time! Will definitely be back soon!!

This house was absolutely perfect for a quiet weekend!! We took our 2 and 4 year old and they had the best time exploring the creek and playing in the giant backyard! The inside of the house is beautiful, clean, and had all the best amenities. The hosts had amazing communication and easy check in process! My family and I will definitely be staying here again!!! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Like home nothing missing to make us super cozy. Hot tub at night or coffee with the sounds of nature it was the true peaceful stay i was looking for. Thank you to our super hosts, we will stay in this lovely home again.

Amazing!!! This place is a slice of heaven. The location is beautiful and the accommodations are so well put together. We enjoyed the jacuzzi surrounded by large trees, the fire pit, gorgeous kitchen and comfortable accommodations. They had tons of cooking appliances, complimentary chocolates and snacks. We will most definitely be back.

We loved our stay. The home was perfect for our family and dog. The backyard was the best part. The home was clean, had all the necessities, and the special touches made it feel homey. The host was great with communication. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place and great setting. We loved taking our dogs for walks on the property ( they loved it also). The house had everything we needed, plus. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the whole experience.

The house and lot that it is on was amazing. They had everything you could think of from kitchen apparatus to things in the bedrooms and bathroom. We told them we were coming up for a birthday weekend and they were sweet enough to put a birthday balloon with their welcome card and snacks. Very thoughtful hosts. I would definitely book this house again in a heartbeat.

Relax at The Ranch

We were in search of relaxation and we found it here. The yard is amazing with plenty of serene spaces. Stargazing by the fire pit, soaking in the spa, sitting near the creek, and dining outside were perfect. The beds were comfy and the adorable kitchen included everything you needed. We would definitely return and recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed The Ranch and the thoughtful details that Bob put into the property to make it convenient, relaxing, enjoyable, and easy. The property itself looks amazing even from the street! Check in was easy with the door code, and we had no issues checking in. Once inside you are greeted by a beautiful Kitchen, Living Room, and patio doors leading out to the beautiful backyard with multiple areas for sitting. The interior is well designed and everything in the kitchen is labeled so its easy to find without searching. The refrigerator provides ice and filtered water and was very spacious for all the snacks and breakfast food we brought. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were spacious. The bathroom is also cute as well with the river stone floor and raindrop shower head. But the part that we thoroughly enjoyed was the backyard with each of the many sitting areas as the morning sun turned into the afternoon sun. We even spent some time lounging on the front patio watching the afternoon sun set and letting the pups run around the entire property. I would definitely recommend this location for a family with pups or a small group like ours looking for a nice relaxing place to enjoy a nice summer weekend away from the valley heat.

The best house we have ever rented!! 100% Perfect! The house inside is beautiful, cleaned and everything is labeled. We had Thanksgiving meal at this house. It had every utensil and pots and pans that we needed! The landscape was great. Enclosed yard for the dogs. The hot tub looked brand new. We will definitely rent this house again.

Great place and time

They took all aspects one could think of and included them. It was a short trip so we left our pups at home. While there we noticed all the items they had included for dogs to join in on the trip. We will be going back at some point and take the dogs with us for a longer stay next time.

This property is outstanding! It was our perfect fall weather get away. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The bed was comfortable and there are great little touches of thought and comfort in every room. The front porch area is great for watching the sunrise, and the backyard and surrounding property is absolutely beautiful! We used both fire pits, the hot tub and played in the creek while enjoying the gorgeous weather and beautiful leaves. It's perfectly quiet, but also close enough to town if you need something. We would recommend this host and property 10/10, we will be back!

So a lovely home

We loved every moment of our stay. Such a well kept, clean home. The home had everything and anything you could need. My only small criticism is that the fence going into the horse pasture was not secure at the bottom. I was afraid my little dog would go under and bother the horse. Other than that would definitely stay again!
