The description was accurate. We had 6 ladies who enjoyed a week together. There was plenty of room with great views. The internet is spotty but that is to be expected in a rural location. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home, just hard to find plenty room and up to date kitchen with a beautiful view love the house could use some newer outdoor furniture, but still great place, my son loved the hot tub now he wants one at his house

Spacious with plenty of entertainment

Ease of check-in and out. Great communication with owners. Lots of space and plenty of open spaces to gather large family. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, golden tee and theater room.Great property for all ages.

Lakeside in Kentucky

My husband and I, his parents, and his brothers and their wives spent 4 nights at this house, very nice view of Lake Barkley and house looks exactly like the pictures, and the rental company was very easy to work with. It’s a little off the beaten path but a very nice place to hang out and relax.

Sibling get away

We sibs and spouses ejoyed our 3 night get away. The house accommodated us well. We did have some rain time so the pool table, games, and theater room was perfect. It was very secluded and quiet. We just wanted to relax , eat, and visit. We had lots of laughs and made memories.

It was awesome. Every email was answered within 2 hours. The house was comfortable, the hot tub was clean and ready, the rooms were awesome. There was even a canoe and some paddle boards--if we'd been that adventurous. Everything needed was provided. :) The ONLY issue any of us had was the three of us (age 62-80) were too old to hike the small path to water's edge. Overall, we had a blast. :)

We enjoyed our stay overall. The property is located in a quiet area, tucked in next to the lake, and has a large house to accommodate larger families. I wish they would have taken a duster to the cobwebs and dead bugs on the porches (could tell they'd been there a while), fixed the broken chairs, and had seating that was easy to wipe down. There was a leak in the stairs going down to the basement, we assumed from the showers (master had a constant water drip in the shower). There was a water spot on the carpet from the leak coming from a can light, and a fresh water spot in the ceiling. This happened on the second day, they said they would send a maintenance person, and we never heard back from them. That was disappointing for the lack of communication when no one showed up, and we were nervous to continue using the shower. Overall it was a good house to stay in, but just a bit of elbow grease and TLC would go a long way in that house.

Beautiful home that was plenty room for 12 people. Kids loved the pool table, hot tub, and theatre room. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies. The downside to this property was we had a pontoon boat and driveway was very steep and road to the property was very narrow. We had to rent a boat slip half hour away because it was almost impossible to bring the boat up and down the driveway.

Toaster broken, hair dryer almost caught fire, gas stove needs maintenance, better communication about ac and heat. No remote for media room. We told management company everything and the only thing they brought was a remote which only one worked.

Exactly as Desribed!

Everything was honest and accurate from the very beginning. The home is beautiful and very clean and well stocked. Plenty of activites(games, books, covered hot tub, pool table, golf game, and theater) for rainy days or night time family fun. The view is beautiful and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. You can be staying with several people and all have your own privacy and space. FYI water access is a short drive not directly accessible from property. They do provide canoe/kayak paddle boards and life jackets. We recommend calling12703500746 for boat rental. He was very nice and helpful!

Long weekend

The house was nice. My biggest complaint was lack of communication from the host. The thermostats in the house where broken and one couldn't be changed so the whole weekend we were cold in the house. I texted the owner and messaged through the app for a couple items and heard nothing.

Over-all the house was great. There is a couple of minor things that could be done to make it better. The front porch and back deck need to be cleaned. The front porch needs a leaf blower taken to it and the deck needs to be power washed along with the back of the house. Also, inside the house, the sliding door from the living room to the deck is broken and will not open. You have to go through the screened in portion of the deck to go outside. Nothing big, just little things. The garage has a tree's worth of leaves in it and the inflatable flotation devices were left on the floor along with two air pumps. Almost ran over them. The house itself is awesome. This is the second year we have rented it for our golf trip. You cannot ask for more room! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, the pool table is nice, home theater for rainy days, we used the gas grill for cooking out, etc. We love this place. Just a little TLC would go a long way.
