Excellent home and great location!This is our second stay and we love it. The home is perfect for the two of us and our big dog - love the fenced yard, the lovely safe neighborhood and the proximity to all things one might need or want. Kari is super attentive to all communications, before and during the stay. This is our go-to for our annual trek to Sioux Falls!!

I have stayed at this location a number of weeks and it is truly an outstanding home. Very clean, very modern and a perfect location. I will always make this home my preferred place to stay if possible when visiting Sioiux Falls. Kari is extremely responsive and welcoming!

Kari was the perfect hostess! She was very helpful and accommodating. The backyard was fully fenced and huge! My dogs loved running around! The location was great and exactly what we needed. Will definitely stay again when we are in Sioux Falls!

My wife and I stayed here with our two dogs. The house was very clean and welcoming! That fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs. The host even had a treat for us when we arrived! Communication was excellent! We will stay here again whenever we are back in town!

This is a great place to come if you have pets. Backyard is fenced so that dogs could be out in the yard and be safe. The inside of the house was beautiful in the fireplace was a nice touch.

Great home away from home

Great stay for this South Dakotan native visiting for the holidays. It’s close to everything we love about Sioux Falls. The fenced in yard was such an added bonus for our dog. We would definitely book again!

Highly recommend. Kari was great with communication. House was super clean. Adorable neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Beautifully decorated. The backyard was great for our pup. There are neighbor dogs but no issues at all. Close to everything. Would definitely book again.

We found the home very clean and stylish and the neighborhood safe and conveniently located. Property owner was very quick to respond on all inquiries and the house was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for us and the pups!

Traveled to Sioux Falls for work with my wife and two dogs joined. The property was perfect for our 10 day stay allowing the dogs to roam in the backyard, while enjoying the furnishings within the home. We'll book again when back in Sioux Falls!

The home was everything as it shows in the pictures. Very nice neighborhood and easy to get to any activities we had while staying in Sioux Falls. We have stayed in the city many times and by far this was our favorite place. The home was very inviting and we had everything we needed. I loved sitting out back on the patio and had my coffee. Will definitely book this home again should we come back to the city for a stay.

This is a lovely quaint home in a quiet friendly neighborhood, close to downtown, dog parks, and more. We stayed with our Newfoundland dog, the fenced yard was great. This is an older home but modernized to make the stay like home. Bed was comfortable - a huge PLUS! The property contact was on top of everything and communications were timely. We will stay again!!

Great little house!

This was a cozy and well maintained little house. We traveled with our dogs and enjoyed the fenced in yard. The weather was not great when we were there, but we were able to sit on the patio one night and used the grill. Outside space a definite plus.

Modern Home, Walking distance to McKennan Park

Kari was a wonderful and accommodating host. Super cute, clean, and remodeled home with everything needed and within walking distance to McKennan Park. Perfect for us! The backyard is fenced too which worked great for our pups. When we come back to Sioux Falls we will definitely be staying here again.

This property is located in a desirable and quiet neighborhood. The home is clean, updated, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the bed options by providing one bedroom with a softer mattress and one bedroom with a firmer mattress. The modern light/fan fixtures in the bedrooms move air perfectly while you sleep. The beautiful fireplace insert was beautiful and calming (doubling as a gentle nightlight). We stayed long enough to utilize the dressers and closets during our stay, although I could see the benefit of including a folding luggage rack for shorter stays. We arrived after dark, so having the lights on for us was definitely appreciated. The host was patient, kind, and prompt with communications - despite the evolution of our plans. Thank you for being such an outstanding host!! We will definitely stay the next time we are in Sioux Falls.
