Terrific, well maintained, and fully equipped property on Lake Martin. Accurate listing, very helpful host, and such a warm and family friendly rental. The lake view is beautiful, very quiet and safe.

See absolutely loved this property. It was centrally located and had a wonderful view! Our host was very friendly and prompt with any questions or concerns I had. It was a wonderful stay!

This house is perfect for a lake trip! Very close to Harbor Pointe Marina and all the other Lake Martin fun! House is spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay, beautiful, clean and comfortable home with lots of room and stunning scenery. Wish we could have stayed longer. A lake house weekend is just what is needed for the family and the soul!

Everyone thing was clean and as described. This is a very nice lake house with beautiful views and provides a nice environment for family and friends to gather. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great visit to this location! There are some winding roads, so if you are arriving at night, just keep driving, your almost there! I do wish I told our host that we were arriving at night and to turn some lights on, as its pretty dark when arriving after sunset!We woke up to amazing views of the lake and a sunrise! The house was clean and tidy, and needed everything we would of used at home to cook meals. Ample space to spread out on the massive kitchen island! No Kuerig, but a full coffee pot and they did have filters on site (which we didnt bring), and that was the only hang up. Got the grill working out back and fired it up for steaks and kabobs, and even was able to start a small firer for s'mores in the firepit! If you need anything the nearest Publix is about 25 minutes away, but there is a small grocery mart on the corner if you need any staple items. The place worked out great for a long gameday weekend and hope to use it again in the next couple years! I do wish that the watersports/equipment fees were an option up front to pay and what was included with it... But we know for next time!

The host was very helpful and answered all my questions immediately!! The house was awesome it was big enough to accommodate our entire family and grandchildren. The lake is beautiful and the deck out by the pontoon boat was great for hanging out in the evenings. Our grandchildren loved the sandy beach area. The screened in porch was also very nice!! We had a great time and hope to return next summer!

Such a great property and location. The description matched the property and the hosts were very great at communicating. I’d highly recommend this property and would love to visit it again. If you’re bringing a boat, the ramp is great, the dock is great, and the location in the lake is great too.
