This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for a relaxing beach vacation. With accommodations for up to 4 guests, it's ideal for a small family or a couple seeking a serene escape.
Inside the Condo:
Master Bedroom: Features a queen-size adjustable bed and a private bathroom for your convenience.
Guest Bedroom: Comes with two twin-size beds, perfect for kids or friends.
Living Room: Enjoy comfort with electric reclining seating for four, making it easy to unwind after a day of adventure.
Kitchen & Bathrooms: Both have been recently updated. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials you need to prepare meals at home.
Additional Amenities:
Beach towels provided for your convenience.
Laundry rooms are available on even-numbered floors (no washer or dryer in the unit).
Community Features:
Pool: Relax at the oceanfront pool with an oversized deck that's partially covered—ideal for those who prefer shade.
Activities: Enjoy tennis and shuffleboard on the premises or explore several challenging 18-hole golf courses nearby.
Beach Access: The complex is located on a no-drive beach, ensuring a peaceful and safe environment.

Proximity: Just minutes from Daytona and Kennedy Space Center. About an hour to Orlando, SeaWorld, Disney World, Universal Studios, and the Orlando airport.

While we provide an initial supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags, we recommend bringing extra supplies such as additional toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and any other personal items you may need.
