This property is amazing on all levels. From check in to check out! Super clean and has an outstanding kitchen and pantry. The whole home is absolutely beautiful. So much space for our whole family! The view is unmatched on the ocean in York. The host is amazing with great communication. Second time at this home and we will be back again!

For those special moments in life when only the best will do you should look no further than this extraordinary home that is situated in one of the most picturesque locations on the peninsula . The architecture , the interior design , and the breathtaking scenery that embrace you from the kitchen to dining room to living room and bedrooms just make you feel so happy and so welcome . Bruce B also is a gracious individual who immediately addresses any concerns and resolves them promptly so you don’t have to worry about anything . What was also a special welcome was the Sonos sound system with serene music serenading us on arrival . Eating every meal is the ultimate . For years this residence has hosted families for birthdays , anniversaries, and special gatherings . It is a place to return and we definitely will do so . It was just magical and mere words are insufficient to describe the feelings of being there for a week .

An absolutely beautiful home. The kitchen is amazing and was perfect for entertaining our guests. The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Best house I have ever rented!

This house was amazing! The location, view, the furniture, amenities and decor were all excellent! We rented this house for a long weekend stay in York, Maine. Our daughter was married at the Union Bluff House at Short Sands and this house is a 8 minute walk from to that area. Although the house is close, the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The house was very clean and the communication with the host was also excellent. I cannot say enough about this beautiful house.

Magnificent!!!!

This is possibly one of the best homes you could ever have the pleasure of renting. We have rented other high-end homes in St. Bart's, Bermuda, Highlands, N.C., and Italy, but this has to be one of our favorites. The home was impeccably clean and the views spectacular. The attention to detail and the architecture was just incredible. The kitchen and adjoining pantry were the most high-end and well designed as I have ever seen ( and I have seen quite a few). It was also the best stocked hands-down. It had everything down to the sharpest knives ( always a thing to me), glassware, cookware, serverware, ect. I was obviously very impressed. The furnishings were wonderfully chosen to create the perfect ambience. Speaking of ambience, we are now addicted to the Sonos music system. How lovely to play the wonderful music selection throughout the home and deck area, or any combination thereof. The lay-out was masterfully considered. It would be perfect for a family or group of friends ( we were just 2 this trip). The home is in a quiet residential area, but felt extremely private. Town was just a short walk away. Unfortunately, we did not spend much time in town. We simply were enjoying the home too much. We had a very well manicured front lawn overlooking the ocean with spectacular views and a top-drawer home to relax in. Who would want to leave. Oh, we did ferret out a few times to ride the wonderful bikes ( even a tandem) around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates a top-of-the-line vacation experience. Worth every penny!!! Also, Alexandra made the entire rental experience seamless!

Magnificent Wedding Gathering

We had a fabulous time at this magnificent home. 9 of us gathered for a long weekend wedding celebration, and we couldn’t have picked a better location. The house is beautiful and has everything you would need. Unseasonably warm November days allowed outdoor gathering and nights by the firepit. Everything about our stay was first rate and the owner and property manager were quick to respond to any questions. We were also able to work with the personal chef associated with the property, Nicole Galbadis. Nicole made us a wedding feast that was fabulous and she is a pleasure to work with. A great time was had by all and we have wonderful memories of our wedding and stay.

Just incredible..

The property was just incredible. The setting on the ocean was breathtaking. The kitchen was the most amazing aspect, with all the highest end appliances, cookware and provisions. What a place for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Last but not least the property manager Bruce was so attentive and helpful. Do not think twice about renting this amazing property.. On a five star scale,, this is Easily 6 stars.

My Dream Vacation!

Honestly, I have never enjoyed myself and my family more than I did this week at this magnificent property. The property itself had everything anyone could ask for including a private bathroom for four of the bedrooms! The amenities were top notch from the luxurious towels, the sound system throughout the home, and the wonderful television on the lower level that could be your children's movie theater. The front lawn was immaculately cared for and provided a perfect location for our grandchildren and children to play and frolic and the front porch was fabulous with afternoon shade! The property is within walking distance to Short Sands Beach (8 min stroll) and the town of York. I have never been happier with a host or caretaker! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have a relaxing oceanside vacation.

Our favorite VRBO property yet!! Perfect home inside and out!! Unbelievable view!! Even our 3-year old granddaughter kept saying “I love this house”! We all LOVED it!! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Property and Location

The moment my wife walked on to the property she told me that it was her dream home. Everything about the house, location, and ocean was perfect and made our family reunion one to remember. Topping off the trip was our use of the property's private chef who put together two of the most incredible and memorable dinners in recent memory. If you are looking for the perfect Maine getaway, this is it.

Fun birthday celebration with friends

Stunning property with upscale amenities. View and convenience great! Would like to have more room on the back patio for large groups, and window treatments on the bathroom closet for private dressing. House manager very friendly, and Nicole’s meals were wonderful and plentiful. Overall fantastic memories with long time friends in a beautiful, spacious house.

This is a gorgeous home on an amazing piece of property. Simply put, you get what you pay for... and its even better in person! Best part of my day was waking up, climbing down the rocks out front and hoping into the ocean first thing in the morning :) My family and I will definitely be back!

Excellent - Perfect Oceanfront Retreat

This is by far the best appointed home we have ever rented. (We celebrated a birthday and there were even birthday candles in the pantry.) It was spotless. The house is magnificent - the sound of the ocean crashing on the rocks was amazing. We stayed during the COVID pandemic and did not want to dine out - a personal chef, Nicole, offers her services for this home and she was outstanding. The food she prepared was incredible - we asked her to just drop due to COVID and give us final prep instructions (she normally prepares the meal in the incredible house kitchen), she did this with ease while accommodating our need for gluten free choices. We would love to return. This property manager is doing everything right for the outstanding rental.

Stunning Stay

The home, the location and the area were wonderful! We spent 2 weeks of carefree relaxation. The home was perfect for our family who loves to cook and then we would sit around the fire in backyard and enjoy the views and stars.

Best accommodations, ever!

The property was exactly as described and more. Great care was taken to provide us with many extras. The house was spotlessly clean, the grounds professionally cared for. We felt very welcome. Rick was very helpful via e mail and Bruce, whom we met, also let us know that he was there for us. Many thanks to both!

I really have nothing bad to say about our stay. Everything was perfect! Rick and his team have thought about everything and truly provided the ultimate relaxing experience with this house. We were lucky enough to hire Nicole (private chef) who wowed us with every dish! Definitely recommended!!!
