We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo was beautiful, the beach was amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would definitely stay here again!

I do feel the condo could have been kept up better. Several of the faucets were not In Great shape, the cleanliness was not the best, and overall the condo could stand to be updated.

I loved sitting on the wrap around balcony enjoying the ocean views with my morning coffee. The unit was clean, spacious and well equipped. Liquid Life was very good with communicating what the plan for and was quick in answering any questions we had.

The bunk beds are very uncomfortable. The bottom bed needs a better mattress and box spring.

Overall the room appeared clean!Space was big enough for our family of 6!We were supposed to checkin on Sunday and told we couldn't so literally booked next door at the sleep inn for our 1st night. Were told we couldn't bring our mini goldendoodle that's 25 pounds bc they only allow pets 20 pounds & under.Upon arrival, We saw immediately that Silver Beach condos allows dogs 40 pounds & less. This rule about dogs is strictly under liquid life!I wish I could say that things got better, but they didn't. We only had 1 working tv! They claim someone came out to check the other tvs but we never saw them.The washer only works if you're there to hold down the lid for the spin cycle bc it won't lock on it's own. Overall, definitely not worth what we spent for 6 nights in October! Extremely disappointed. If you're interested in the actual Silver Beach condos, I recommend renting through someone who isn't Liquid Life!Attaching photos below showing tv not working, pet rules, & our clothes that sat in water for 24hrs before someone was sent to drain it

It started as a big disappointment. First I was offered to pay to check in early so I did. Then I get a txt saying I am not able to check in. When I call and ask why I can't check in when they are the ones that offered it i was told that there were some maintenance issues.Once 4pm came we went to the door and the code eould not wprk. Then the lady I spoke at the management company was very rude and spoke to me like I was stupid. So for 40 minutes back and forth I finally was able to get into the room once the maintenance guy came who was very friendly. How am I going to be told at 2:30 there are some maintenance issues and then I get there at 4pm and can't get in the door because the batteries I guess in door were dead. Shouldn't that be something the maintenance team look at. I will never rent another condo that is managed by liquid life vacation rentals

The condo was great and exactly what we needed. The location is also nicely located between two of the U-turn lanes on Perdido Beach Blvd., so it was easy in and out no matter where we were headed.Be warned - when they say you can’t check in until 4:00, they mean it. The door lock is on a timer that doesn’t activate until 4:00 ON THE DOT. We made better time driving down than we expected and got to sit in the car for 25 minutes waiting.

Bed issue

Everything was amazing. Very clean, perfect location, checking in and out process was so easy. Only had one downfall. It is 3 bedrooms and one room with bunk beds the bottom bunk mattress was hard as a rock very uncomfortable. Needs better mattress for sure. But the other 2 beds was very comfy.

Spring Break at OB

We had a great time in Orange Beach with family and friends! It’s always hit or miss in April, and we had rain, wind, and very cool temps the first couple days, but the last five days were gorgeous! The beach access was perfect, and we found a ton of creatures in the sand and water! The condo was clean and well equipped. The balcony didn’t ever get full sun, and you couldn’t see the sunrise or sunset because of the other buildings, but it was still really nice! The pool was very clean and well-kept, but it wasn’t heated if that’s important to you. The beds were comfortable, and it was really nice to have the washer/dryer and grill access. We loved being able to bring our small dog because that’s a must for us! Note, dogs are not allowed on the beach or pool deck. Take charcoal, lighter fluid, and a lighter if you’d like to grill, and don’t forget a wagon or something to carry beach gear in-it’ll make your life easier. There were a couple of broken items in the condo, but maintenance fixed them quickly. The listing said there was an ice machine on the property, but it was nowhere to be found. We did get stuck on the elevator on the final day, but the fire department came quickly. The condo was exactly what we needed-not luxurious but definitely nice! It’s a great spot that isn’t too commercial or busy! Take the trip and make the memories! We sure did!

A couple of issues - 1) the couch had several stains. Enough that I covered the couch with spare set of sheets so that I didn’t touch the stained fabric. 2) I think rentals should have complete silverware set. It is not a huge investment to purchase a set for 8 from Costco or Amazon. 3) Similar to silverware - not providing a hairdryer seems cheap. Don’t make a guest that is paying a few hundred dollars a night - lug a hair dryer. Even the most budget hotels offer hair dryers.
