This well established neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. Centered between downtown Boise, the foothills, Boise's largest mall, and Meridian's Village, this property is in the prime location!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, spacious home with a LARGE yard is perfect for family, friends, and entertaining.

This home comes with a fully stocked and newly remodeled kitchen. Large island, new appliances, plenty of storage and a formal dining area. This open layout is perfect for social events.

Enjoy watching all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the sectional, or play an assortment of games provided. There is plenty of seating for a large group in the living room. The couch doubles as a 4th bed.

The LARGE yard and outdoor dining furniture is perfect for any outdoor evenings.

The master bedroom come with a walk-in shower, full closet, cozy bed, and a comfortable design making you feel at home.

The 2nd and 3rd spacious bedrooms come with comfortable queen beds, full closets, and lamps for nightly reading.

The second bathroom comes with a double sink, shower/tub combo, freshly stocked linens and a blow dryer.

The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, blow dryer, and much much more!

We only have one TV, in hopes that our home will bring your group closer and encourage games, adventures, and conversations. There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into. The garage door motor is currently not working.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.
