We really enjoyed our stay at Coral Caye Villas. The place looks just as the pictures show. Pool and grounds are lovely and well maintained by the property Host/ grounds keeper Damian. He does a great job and takes care of your every need. It was nice to have house keeping every other day. She will also do your laundry for you.It is a bummer that the beach is eroded currently and also sargassum season in July.However Secret beach is only a 20 minute golf cart ride away. The kitchen is well equipped and water is provided which is nice so you don't have to provide your own.We thoroughly enjoyed the pool everyday!Contact from the reservation office is quick and efficient, they helped with arranging puddle jumper and with golf cart rental, which is delivered to the villa for you. It is nice that they arrange a car to pick you up at the airport and also return you for departure. We loved our stay here and would love to return some day!

Staff was very welcoming and helpful! Accommodations were very clean and rooms were great size! Balcony was fantastic from morning to night and the pool was very refreshing!

Great location not near craziness of town

20 minute cart ride to town or “secret beach” Boat to snorkel picks you up at dock at house Great food options close (15 minutes)

What a wonderful property! From the time we were picked up at the airport till we were dropped back off, Caye Villa and the staff made sure we had everyhting we needed to make our trip amazing! It was safe, clean, and so well taken care of. Yes, the seagrass was an issue but not thier fault. We will definitely be visiting again!!

We loved the Caye Villas and would recommend them.

The property was well kept, David the caretaker was extremely helpful. We would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to future guests.

We loved our stay at Caye Villas and would consider repeating! The house is comfortable-could use some updating and repairs but wouldn’t stop us from staying again. The pool area was kept very nice and we made good use of it. The water was very cold the first few days because of weather but felt better later in our stayBeach was not good at all. Most of it had been washed away but repairs had been started a couple of days before we left.I can’t say enough about the staff-particularly Damien. He was always available for help, suggestions and anything we needed. All of the staff was very good. The area the house is located in is a ways out of town. It’s about a 30 minute drive to town and the last part of the journey is a pretty rough road. We liked the quiet and tried to get what we needed in the fewest trips. Also a couple of restaurants near by. We stayed for a month and really enjoyed our visit

We enjoyed our stay at the Coral Caye. The accommodation's were clean andcomfortable. The Caretaker, David, took great care of us and was always available to help us with whatever we needed.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in this paradise!

This is must stay in Belize! A complex of 5 villas with a large pool, right next to the beach. Great spot to relax and enjoy your family vacation. Great staff available to assist with all your needs. We highly recommend Caye Villas!

Peaceful paradise!!

We really enjoyed our time a Coral Caye Villas!! Hospitality was exceptional and we really enjoyed are stay. Only draw back is the sargassum on the beach. ☹️ Highly recommend this place!!

Just the vacation I needed.

I have stayed at Caye Villas numerous times over the years. It is one of my absolute favorite places. The grounds are immaculate and the villas are well maintained & equipped with most anything you might need. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

Great place to stay

Wonderful 3 weeks at Coral Caye Villa! Beautiful villa with everything you need. The pool is fantastic but the best part is Damian and Amparo who take such wonderful care of you. We will be back!
