This luxurious ocean-view haven boasts two King Size Master bedrooms, each with its own lavish 3/4 Master bath adorned with elegant Indonesian woods and sleek Peruvian tile. The master baths feature custom marble and tile surrounds, double sinks, oversized soaking tubs, and walk-in showers. Drift off into restful slumber on a king-size canopy four-poster bed with sumptuous linens and down-filled duvets.

The expansive gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances from Sub-Zero and Wolf, and a Bosch Ascentia dishwasher. A full-size Samsung washer and dryer add to the convenience. Enjoy dining al fresco on the lanai while taking in breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains.

Gorgeous property! Loved the location. Parking was good. Elevator was having issues for a few days.

My parents and my little family shared the condo and it worked out perfectly. Our 3.5 year old girls LOVED the pool, slides, and family hot tub. We thought the property was gorgeous and love staying in Kapaa. The amenities were great and we had a lovely time.

We loved it!!

We loved every minute of our stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa on Kauai. It was very comfortable with all the amenities of home. Suite B401 is well designed and thoughtfully furnished. Thank you to the owner, Ron Gunn, for making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. If we have the opportunity to visit Kauai again, this will be our resort of choice!

Beautiful suite, beautiful property, GORGEOUS island

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wailoupi Beach Resort and Spa. It seems to be one of Kauai's better properties. We did a variety of excursions, including helicopter tour, Kayaking, Riding ATVs, ziplines, and playing putt putt in beautiful botanical gardens. We simply had a fabulous vacation! When we needed to extend our stay due to a flight problem, Ron was very understanding and accomodating.

Excellent Unit and Host

Ron was a wonderful host, who was responsive and very accommodating. The unit is spacious and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again. A few other notes: 1. The bedrooms do not have TVs. 2. Closet is stocked with beach supplies. 3. The traffic in the area can be difficult, but it's a great central location for exploring the island. 4. The beach is perfect for watching the sunrise. 5. The beds were very comfortable! We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Kapaa.

Perfect in Every Way

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in Kapaa. 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, your own bathroom, bath and shower. Lanai off each bedroom made it even more special to drink coffee or cocktails. The kitchen is superb. Full size with excellent quality appliances, well stocked dishes/pans etc and spices. A nice basket of fruit was waiting for us. Ron is excellent to deal with. Kept in contact via email and phone and made sure we were able to get in easily and did with no issues. The beach was within walking distance and a nice pathway to follow. Parking was easy with no issues. The pool was great and lots of space with no issues ever finding chairs or umbrella. Getting towels was just as easy. This property was perfect in every way. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beachfront resort paradise

My husband & 9 month old stayed at Ron’s place while on Kauai. His place is just as described in the listing and we were so grateful to have found his unit in the resort. It was clean, the beds were so comfortable & we had everything we could possibly need to feel right at home during our stay. We were traveling with an infant and having a Pack & Play and booster seat were extremely helpful! We also loved the large tubs for baths. The resort is in a great location - right across from Safeway and many local food places within walking distance. (Kenji Burger is a must, we went twice!) The pool is where we spent most of our afternoons & being right on the beach was so nice for sunrise and walks. There is a path along the ocean you can take for miles. Ron was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He even left a basket of local goodies for us which was such a pleasant surprise. In all my times to Hawaii I don’t think I’ve had a pineapple & it was the best I’ve ever had. Thank you Ron for sharing your slice of paradise with us, we hope to be back for another visit in the future!

Waipouli Beach B401 perfect apartment, excellent pool

We landed in Lihue at around 12pm and were given early access to the apartment at 2pm even though we didn't request it which was a nice touch since we were traveling with our 2 year old. The apartment is large, airy and fully stocked. They have literally thought of everything, sand toys, high chair the works. Toiletries are just shampoo, conditioner and bar soap so take lotion. Pool is amazing with a lazy river, waterfalls, 2 water slides (one that we could take our 2 year old on. Also a Keiki pool with pebbles. Location is great, right opposite a shopping center with Safeway, some dining options, starbucks and icecream. Also, sufficient restaurants to be able to walk to dinner every night. A must try is the on site restaurant, while not cheap the service and staff are great and the happy hour wonderful. Ron, the property manager is a gem. So understanding, attentive and helpful. He even brought a gift for our son. Would highly, highly recommend

Great Stay in Kuai

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Not only was it roomy and comfortable, it was very clean, had luxurious linens and bedding in both suites and high end kitchen appliances. There were many spices, etc. for cooking as well as various small appliances to use. We had a problem with the coffee maker and Ron promptly brought over a new one. There were boogie boards, noodles for swimming and other beach amenities for us to use. The pool area was beautiful and we loved the choice of several hot tubs with different temperatures to relax in at night. The ocean with a nice beach was just a few more steps past the pool area. While we did not eat at the restaurant, it was very nice having the option to dine or get adult beverages right on the property. The down side (which isn't that bad) is that there is only a partial view of the ocean and the condo faces another building and parking lot. The master suite king bed was very tall and you need a step stool to get in and out. Took a little getting used to, but it was very comfortable. The lania's are on the small side. It's a beautiful condo with shopping and restaurants across the street within walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Awesome condo

Wow!!! The resort surpassed our expectations. The kitchen had all of the amenities required to cook in the room as well as access to bbqs down by the pool. The location of 2 food stores was so close we simply had to walk across the street for our shopping. The pool area was kept clean and there were enough chairs, tables and lounges which made it easy to spend time around the pool. The hot tubs at night were welcomed as the winds made it a little cool once the sun went down. The beach is not conducive for swimming so if you are a beach person a car is a must which we used to visit the beaches on the south coast. Salt Pond beach provided safe swimming and snorkeling. We did quite a few of the tours and it is recommended that you make reservations several days in advance as they fill up really quick. The restaurants are fairly casual and we would not recommend the Bull Shed as the meal was very poor. I read some reviews that the use of codes to get into your condo and the pool area were inconvenient but we found that after a few days it came second nature to simply enter the code and when we went touring you did not have to worry about where to put the key. The only glitch was on our last day the code did not work but a quick call to security and they got a hold of Sherri and within 5 minutes we had a new code. I would not hesitate to provide a recommendation for the condo and you cannot go wrong by staying there. The only must we found.... rent a car so you can see the island. We went from the end of the round in the south to the end of the road to the north. Saw some great beaches, massive waves and met some friendly people. Duke

Great place at a great price

This place was incredible! It’s was well equipped to cook and snack. The two bedrooms with private bathrooms and kings beds were amazing. The beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend booking this place!

Totally Enjoyed our Stay

This is a Beautiful Rental unit in a Stunning Resort. Great, Centrally located location near the airport. Super Luxurious with Well-Appointed Amenities. Extra clean and well maintained. The pool is simply gorgeous (especially at night)! Last but not least is the Amazing Property manager Ron Gunn. He made our stay very easy and pleasurable. I would Highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future!!!
