Summary:
Centrally located in the heart of Silverthorne, this 2 bedroom condo is the perfect getaway for a small family or friends!

The Space:
This newly built complex provides easy access to seven world class ski resorts: Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Copper, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland.

The open living area offers a comfy couch situated in front of a flat-screen Smart TV and turns into a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa. From here you can access the deck with rocking patio chairs.

Back inside, the dining table is the perfect place to host your favorite meal. With 4 chairs, and a bench it accommodates seating for up to 6. Additional seating can be found at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and more.

There is a shared bathroom off of the living room, with shower/tub combo.

River View Retreat sleeps 6 guests comfortably between 2 bedrooms and the living room sofa sleeper. Each space is fully furnished with cozy linens and decor to compliment the modern theme.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a large stand up shower. The second bedroom has a Full/Queen bunk bed, and Smart TV, perfect for kids!

THINGS TO NOTE:
- 1 garage spot, and 1 driveway spot available.
- The garage is not attached.
- No street parking.
- Private washer/dryer in the unit.
- Communal hot tub accessible for use between 10a to 9p.
-Please note - the max occupancy includes adults and children/infants, to avoid property violations and fines.

In the winter, take your pick of the nearby major ski areas offering world-class skiing, snowboarding, and more winter activities like Nordic skiing or tubing hills. Perfect for the young, experienced, and the in-between. In the warmer months take advantage of the outdoors by hiking or biking.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

*Please note: This is a new development, and there is still some construction going on. This unit is in the back, and noise shouldn't be an issue.

Small but beautifully appointed River view condo

We had such a pleasant stay at this river front condo. Comfortable with high end finishes on the river and right in the center of town. Beautiful views from the condo and trails right from the patio. We walked to dinner and breakfast each day. Would definitely stay again!!

The unit is pristine and exactly as described in listing. Having the Blue River directly on the patio side of the unit made for a very relaxing stay. We liked being close to walking trail, shopping and restaurants. We definitely recommend this property!

Love this place!

Details matter and this place has every one of them covered. Modern but cozy, super clean, comfy beds, luxury linens, well stocked kitchen, very handy washer and dryer, beautiful view of the river, garage storage for car, bikes, or gear, excellent communication with host, and a great location. We are well traveled, somewhat picky, a little bougie, and I can’t find one negative thing to say about this rental. We will be back!

Great Mountain Getaway!

This property was great! It was so close to many ski resorts, was clean, had plenty of space, and a wonderful view of the river. The managers were responsive and attentive. We had a great time!

Excellent property

We stayed in this property for 4 nights. The pictures are accurate and the place was lovely. Our favorite was the view of the river and being able to enjoy the outdoor seating and listen to the sounds of the water flowing. Check in as well as check out were easy and the owners communicated with quickly when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a lovely property and perfect size for my family of 5. The beds are comfortable and the view is amazing. The unit was very clean upon arrival. We have stayed at 3 other riverfront properties in this same complex. Comparative to the others this unit is far less stocked with amenities. The kitchen has few pots and pans (2pots and 2 fry pans) both of poor quality. The unit could also use additional blankets to layer on beds and throw blankets. Overall I would choose one of the other units we have stayed in over this one. If the owners were to make improvements in stocking the kitchen and adding more household essentials it could be a much better stay.

Our stay was so comfy! Beautiful view of the river, and a very clean condo. We had trouble with our access code, but one text to the property manager, and we had a new code for the rest of our stay. Quiet and clean condo complex. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Condo for Parents

Rented this condo for my elderly parents that are in their 70s while visiting my family locally. Great location near our neighborhood with easy local access. The view from the patio is beautiful and so peaceful on the Blue River. The ground floor location made it easy for them to get in and out. They raved their whole stay that the condo felt like their cozy home.

Great location and just as pictured

Perfect location for what we were looking for. Close to anything that might be needed like stores and food. 2 bathroom was our reason over a hotel or other vrbo. It was closer to family living just past Heaney. Beautiful condo. Patio view is gorgeous. Spacious living space. Bedrooms comfortable. Shower water pressure was great. Floor was fantastic.

AMAZING PROPERTY

This property did NOT disappoint!! The house was beautiful and the location was awesome (short drive to 4 different ski resorts). The town had many restaurants, shopping areas and plenty of things to do. We absolutely loved staying at this house. Communication was very thorough and prompt prior to getting to the property. There is nothing that I could recommend to improve on as everything was perfect:) There was even a guest sign in book. I would love to stay here again!!

Christmas Ski Trip at Keystone

Property was perfect! Loved having a garage and being on the first floor. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a huge plus. Well stocked throughout kitchen and bathrooms with all the essentials. I didn’t feel well so I slept on the couch- not even the pull out and it was so comfortable. Loved the view of the river and being able to walk right out from patio gate off kitchen.

Our Second Stay in Three Months. Never Disappoints.

We came up for 2024 Leaf Peeping. We had stayed in this unit just a few months before and it was just as nice as we remembered. Family friendly and right on the Blue River. There is a gate on the rear patio fence so you can walk right over to the river bank for some relaxing sounds and sights. The only glitch was that the provided door code did not work when we first tried the door. I called the number for the property management company and they had us in within 4 minutes. Very professional. We will likely be back again soon!

Beautiful view, very clean and comfortable!

We (a family of 4 with 2 teenagers) stayed to ski at Copper over spring break and really enjoyed this condo. Everything was as advertised or better! Like the beautiful view out back with a stream that you could hear and enjoy from the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed (including very nice new appliances and a 6 burner gas stove), and there were even a few games and a glove/boot dryer in the closets. The drive to Copper was about 15-20 minutes and Silverthorne had everything we needed: grocery, Target, restaurants, etc. within just a few minutes drive. Communication about check in and out was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

5 Star Stay in a Beautiful Condo

Great condo, very nicely appointed and great location in Silverthorne. If you want to stay in a newly built home (within a year or two), this is your spot. Condo is on the first floor which makes it easy to get in and out of and not having to climb stairs. Sitting outside on the patio is peaceful, with a front seat on the Blue River. Target is across the street for groceries as is City Market a few miles up the road. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are very nice, washer and dryer is convenient (as to not overpack) and the condo is very tastefully decorated throughout. Directions and check in/out instructions were very clear and management company communicated on a timely basis. Would definitely stay here again!

Accurate Listing and Amazing Property

Two Reviews: The Property, and the management company. 1) The Property: Exactly as described. Here are some helpful tips: This is a kid/infant friendly property with booster seats, humidifiers, and many of those extras. The river and river sounds are wonderful. The unit is to the left of the garage. The garage is tight, but workable. The unit is well supplied in both the kitchen and the baths. 5 Stars all the way. 2) The management Co: Very text-based and accurate. Plenty of support texts during the stay offering support if needed. Very appreciated. There are occasional dog and trail walkers outside this first floor unit - but not many. It was not a negative for our stay. Not having to deal with stairs was a plus. We will return if the unit is available. If a 6 star rating was possible, that would be our rating!
