As the sun rises on your long-awaited mountain vacation, this home is certainly worth the wait! Inspired by Old World Tudor England and the New World American Arts and Crafts movement, this newly constructed home is tucked within the polished Tudor Croft community near the heart of Black Mountain. Filled with must-have modern amenities and boasting breathtaking year-round mountain views, guests will feel part of the royal court at this contemporary and charming mountain retreat!

About the Home
• Well-equipped kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, and two types of coffee makers (standard drip-style and Keurig).
• Living room with gas log fireplace, 55" Smart TV for streaming, and access to the covered deck overlooking a true "Mountain Sunrise" view.
• Main floor laundry room with folding table and stackable washer and dryer.
• A dedicated workspace with a desk and desk chair is available in the upper-level loft.

Where to Unwind
• The main floor bedroom offers a queen-size bed. A full bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can be accessed from the hallway.
• The upper-level bedroom offers a second queen-size bed. A full bathroom, with a bathtub and shower, can be accessed from the hallway.
• The upper level also boasts a spacious primary suite, overlooking the mountain view, with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Mountain View

The views are beautiful. Close to downtown. The home is well decorated and new. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware and pots and things needed for cooking. Parking can be issue, the driveway is shallow in depth. Our Ford F150 just fit on a diagonal, so no room for a second car if we had it. The rooms are well setup and beautiful. Everything was exceptionally clean. I do wish the bedrooms on the front side had blackout curtains or blinds. The see through curtains did nothing to keep the morning sun out.
