Amazing place!

This place was absolutely amazing, the location is so nice and right by everything! I do have a few things that I hope they may take into consideration or change! One bed was very hard and very uncomfortable and when trying to sit up on the patio with my two small kids, all we could smell was people smoking something they shouldn’t of been and really irritated us as we had to go in and couldn’t watch the fireworks. But other than those small things, the place was so clean and had everything we needed! I love how they have a book with places to eat and things to go do! The beach is perfect walking distance!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the location being right on the main street with access to some very good restaurants, The Ritz and Okoboji Store, on the lake. Very close to Arnolds Park which had a lot to offer. The Stay Properties location we were at, The Hayward, was clean and perfect for what we needed, we did not spend a lot of time there because we were out enjoying Okoboji but it had everything we needed when we were there. For being right on the main strip it was very quiet in The Hayward and we enjoyed the rooftop seating area overlooking the street watching the activity at the end of the evening! The host was great about responding back, we would stay there again!

Walkable to everything we were interested in. Love the Arnold’s Park area. Only downside was there was no quiet place to sit outside.

Excellent Experience - staff that cares

We loved staying here. They do a wonderful job with the room making it special. Little things like noise machines in each bedroom, nice towels in the bathroom, lovely decor, and really nice TV’s really sets it apart. It was excellent. Communication was outstanding. Both virtual as well as just talking with the staff. They even let us use the clothes washer and dryers. We really appreciated the location as well. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.

Fantastic Property

This Okoboji retreat provided an absolutely fantastic stay! The location was ideal, with easy access to attractions, such as Arnold's Park Amusement Park, the lakes, and Broadway. It was sparkling clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, creating a home-like atmosphere with plenty of room for our family. The amenities were thoughtful and appreciated. The guest book to help guide you on area eateries and entertainment, the comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep, or the outdoor upper balcony for enjoying the lake view. The hostess Sherri was friendly, quickly responsive, and available to answer questions and provide recommendations. This centrally located stay was the perfect home base for our adventures in Okoboji. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway. We will be returning and look forward to our next stay @stayboji! Thank you!Krissy & Trevor Putnam (kids)Louisville, NE
