The backyard is where you’ll want to spend your time. Cool off in the private pool, unwind in the spa, gather around the fire pit as the evening cools down, or fire up the grill for dinner outside. Whether the day calls for poolside lounging or a little friendly competition over who gets the best spot by the fire, the outdoor space gives everyone a reason to stay awhile.

When you’re ready to explore, Downtown Phoenix is about 25 minutes away, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about 30 minutes away. Come for the Arizona sunshine, stay for the backyard, and enjoy having a comfortable home to return to at the end of the day.

Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ and fire pit. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.
