A perfect home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Villa 8 Southern Paradise and would definitely give it 5 stars. The house is beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is also great – very quiet and peaceful, while still being conveniently located for shopping, restaurants and exploring the area. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

The house was better than described. Pool was warm and clean. House was pristine. Fishing behind the house was awesome caught lots of fish including a shark. Kids loved it and it had plenty of space for our family of 4. Honestly we didn't use all the house. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Neighbors were nice and let us fish from their docks as well. Would rent from again. Thank you!

Home Exceeded All Expectations.

I have to admit, I was a little nervous about renting a vacation home because our family usually stays at resorts like Disney. After spending our vacation at this home in Cape Coral, Florida, I can honestly say it exceeded all of our expectations. The house was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub. What really impressed us were all the little extras the owners provided, like toiletries, coffee pods, kayaks, fishing poles, and pool floats. It was clear they had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. My entire family had a wonderful time, and we were all talking about coming back before the vacation was even over. We will definitely be booking this home again next year. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

What a pleasure we had in Cape Coral. This house was a perfect get away for the adults. A great location to so many great restaurants and other activities. We loved the burrowing owls! The only issue we had was a cold pool for a couple of days because we couldn’t figure out to turn on the pool heater. Please consider adding those details in your very useful book of the house and location.

Wonderful and relaxing vacation

The house has a great location with a great neighborhood. There are many excursion possibilities nearby. Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached quickly by car. The facilities, cleanliness and tidiness of the house made our vacation perfect. We would come back at any time. We were very satisfied.

My family had the best time at this rental! Everything that could make your stay easy and enjoyable has been provided. The home and pool area are very clean. The pool was the perfect temperature. Some rentals are very stingy with soaps, paper goods, trash bags, etc but with this rental we didnt have to buy a lot of extras. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. When working with the hosts all questions and emails were answered promptly. Thanks for making our vacation great!
