We loved watching all the boats go by in the river. It was within walking distance of everything! Perfect location for those wanting the downtown experience! Lots of bugs on the balcony but that was to be expected being so close to the river. Nothing a little bug spray wouldn’t fix ;)

Room was clean and check in was easy. It was close enough to downtown that we could walk and that was so nice. Parking is crazy and expensive so really liked that it was included in our pricing. River was nice with the balcony, but not the best neighborhood. Reasonably priced for location and room. We had a lovely trip. Thanks!

I love this condo. We have stayed here before. It is very convenient and always clean. My only complaint would be the sofa in the living room. It wasn’t great last time I was there but this time it was in very bad shape. Please replace the sofa and we look forward to staying here again.

Great location, very convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit. Loved the balcony facing the river while drinking my coffee. Beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed) and the property was very clean and well cared-for. Would definitely stay here again on my next Nashville trip.

Great space and location. Bed is super comfortable. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced. You can’t sit on it because it is broken and dumps you off.

I found the property dated. The couch was broken and uncomfortable and the pillow was torn. You could not even sit on the patio due to the bugs and spider webs. I would not stay here again.

The pool is WAY down at the end in the stand alone complex (not by the fitness room). The condo is closest to the “900” staircase section. So park close to that one.Bring wipes to clean all the bird poop off of the balcony furniture and railing/table.
