The primary master bedroom suite has a king bed, Roku TV, updated bathroom and private pool access through a patio door, the 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds as well as a separate rollaway, and the 3rd bedroom has a king bed and Roku TV. All the bedrooms have large walk-in closets and ceiling fans. The second bathroom has access to the pool! The living room also has 2 comfortable (full size) pull-out sofas. The home has great sleeping spaces for up to 10 people.

The pool and lanai area is large and features a heated pool, pool lights to enjoy at night, a great sunning deck overlooking the canal, a large outdoor dining table and chaise lounge chairs. There is an additional Roku enabled TV on the lanai so you don't miss the big game. Fire up the grill and enjoy meals poolside with your amazing view of the canal and palm trees!

When outdoor temperatures get cooler, it may not get to 80F so we offer optional electric pool heat for a fee of $15/night to cover the additional electricity used. Please let us know 3 days ahead of check-in if you would like to add this optional fee.
- NOTE: This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on all 4 sides of the house. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. There is also a Vivent doorbell camera device. The doorbell display is viewable on screen inside the home so you know who is at the front door before opening

- There is no lifeguard on duty in the pool or canal; all activities on premises are at your own risk.

NOTE: The property sleeps 10 maximum. The top bunk beds hold a maximum of 150 pounds.
NOTE: The property has screened pool enclosure but does not have fence around pool. All doors have sensors that announce via Vivent security system when doors are opened but property is NOT child-proofed. Adult supervision is required at all times.
NOTE: The use of canoe and paddleboat will depend on water level in canal. The water level of the canal can vary depending on season and is not feasible to use watercraft when water levels are low.
