Convenient Location

Just returned from a wonderful stay. This unit is clean, close to the beach and has a beautiful view of the ocean and the bay. The bathrooms have been beautifully updated. It is close to restaurants, shopping and mini golf. Communication from the management company (specifically Kelly) was fantastic. She is extremely responsive and very kind. The linen package was a nice addition.

Nice place! Very direct, short walk out of the building to the beach. Condo was as advertised. No "surprises". Nice view of the beach and bay and easy walk to several places to eat. Nice indoor pool. Recommend bringing some extra towels and wash clothes when you stay here. The kitchen is terrific but could be better stocked in terms of silverware, glasses, etc. (No wine glasses to be found). No ice machine that we could find. Overall it is a terrific place. You will like it! The managing group was very nice, as well. Parking was easy, etc.

Overall stay was nice however, the condo had a few issues. The carpets were dirty, the curtains to cover the windows had ketchup on them, the garbage disposal had food still in it because the smell was overwhelming when we had opened the door, behind the beds in the spare room there were empty Capri Sun packets, lollipop sticks and just trash. I’m thinking it was just overlooked. On another note I wasn’t able to obtain a second parking spot since we had two vehicles since traveling with eight people andI had to park three blocks away at Food Lion and walk to get my car if we needed to use it for anything. Originally I was told we could rent a second spot no problem, just something to be aware of.

Pros: Great location - steps to the beach. The unit is on the 10th floor - you have a good view of the ocean/sunrise and an okay view of the sunset from the unit.Layout and space in general was perfect for our family of 4. Linen package was good.Cons: Poor communication with the host - she told me before the trip that there will be beach chairs I can use, drinking water and ice, and that I could leave my car in the parking spot for a few hours after checking out. None of those turned out to be true. She apologized, but too late. The kitchen was not great. Several dishes in the cupboards were dirty and/or wet.Confusing:The bathrooms are updated, but the kitchen is really not. (Please replace the faucet!) There is a faint moldy smell whenever I did the dishes. Hand soap, dish soap, sponge, and laundry detergent were all there. But shampoo and conditioner were not.

The entire space was very clean! We had a great stay and when we needed some assistance the host was very informative and helpful. The views from the room are stunning! We had an excellent time and would stay again. Many things are within walking distance and the beach is only steps away. 10/10 recommend!
