2/10 Terribile

Mi è piaciuto: Check-in
Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, comunicazione, accuratezza dell’annuncio
Common areas were good. Our room was incredibly gross! It smelled terribly of cat urine. Desk person gave us an unlabeled bottle of “something” to spray to see if smell subsided. We asked for a different room, which she said was not available. We left due to smell, and contacted VRBO immediately to request refund. Refund started, and we drove 3 hours home. Host had no recollection of property being dirty. We have yet to see our refund as of today, it has been 5 business days . I have not received a refund as of October 19. I will be contacting Vrbo one more time. As they have given me the runaround I’m getting our money back.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, even changing my room, location to make my limited access much easier. I was especially impressed with the doggy biscuits waiting at the front desk for my service dog. Rooms were clean and well kept hallways and all guest areas also clean and well kept.

Finding that there were no USB Ports in the room was quite astonishing and very annoying! This is 2026! We had to go out and buy a charger. We have many at home but assumed that the room would have at least one!

Very convenient, clean and quiet location!

I really enjoyed the location and amenities of the property! It was easy to get around to all of the places I was scheduled to go and the room was so comfortable and clean…I did a load of laundry, which was so nice, and did some exercises while I waited for the clothes…the room had everything I needed accept for a pair of scissors, lol! I may come back with my sister this Fall, Thank you!
