The Space:

Your Ozark getaway is sure to be filled with time spent outside, even when staying this close to downtown. Take your morning coffee onto the home's large deck overlooking the spacious fenced-in yard. Enjoy the fresh air and in the evenings, take a seat to enjoy the changing colors of a Branson sunset. Inside, cozy interiors will make you feel right at home from the well-furnished living area to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, and toaster for convenient cooking at home. Gather at the dining table to share a meal and reflect on your favorite memories of the day.



This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



Bedrooms #1 and #2 each have a queen size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

This was an excellent place to stay! Clean and easy check in and out instructions. The only thing missing from the amenities was the grill, but I’m not complaining bc that saves us from cooking only 1 night lol

Very nice place, as described. Had trouble with the refrigerator, called and they had a repair person out same day. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend this for anyone's next vacation. Location was perfect.

The house is wired to call the fire department if you set off the smoke detector while cooking and the fire department says they’re called to the house with every other guest. A sign warning people to be careful about smoke while cooking would be a nice addition to the kitchen.The pillows were so very hard.But! For our family of 5, this house worked out wonderfully! No more than a 15 minute drive to all the places we had planned to go and many other places we had not planned to go. Space for us all to spread out and do our own thing when we had down time at the house.

I personally would not recommend this property. Pictures make it look a lot better than it is. Floors were dirty carpets not vacuumed. Bedding not sure if it was washed or not. Day of check in notified a fire inspection would be performed the following day. The best thing that happened was getting a full refund due to all of the issues. However then trying to find another place the day of a bit of a hassle. Do not recommend

We hold our property to high cleanliness standards, and a professional inspection report completed right before check-in confirmed the unit was clean and fully prepared for arrival. When minor concerns were raised via zoomed-in photos, we immediately offered to dispatch our housekeepers to address them right away. Although our property follows a strict cancellation policy under which a refund was not required, we made a special courtesy exception to issue a 100% full refund since we had no other units available to relocate them. We take all feedback seriously and remain committed to delivering quality stays for our guests.

Found this little house for an absolute steal during a July conference. It’s not every place that can comfortably house our family of six, but we fit nicely in here for a week. I could not believe how convenient the location was to the convention center—close enough to walk, if you don’t mind a serious burn in your calves on the way back! The house was clean and well-stocked. We were glad to find a coffee pot, crock pot, some stainless steel cookware, and hotel soaps and shampoos. And we were super grateful for the washer and dryer! We would definitely stay here again. If we do, we’ll bring some kind of hook or hanger situation, because there was a great dresser in the master bedroom but nowhere to hang clothes like suits and dresses (the master closet must be a housekeeper’s closet or something) except for the smaller bedroom closets, which our kids did use. Oh and the backyard isn’t secured; one of the gates is missing. But that said, we would be happy to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

This was such a a great place to stay at while on vacation! It is close to all the main attractions, very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was extremely comfy, which made sleeping away from home much easier for me. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

I liked the house and would stay there again. Clean, quiet neighborhood, less than a mile from the Landing which is kind of like a downtown Disney walking area on the river.
