Unfortunately with the stablished communication we had then, this was not brought to our attention and this limits our ability to help. We send out clear and simple instructions on how to access the property, it HAS changed with the way guests check in this year since the HOA has decided to charge a Parking Fee that we have no control over. We apologize that you had issues, however, we sent you an email, a personal text, and you have a cell number to the LOCAL team if you have questions. You never contacted our team with ANY concerns.
