We absolutely loved staying here. We were able to come in the evening and relax after a full day of enjoying Branson. We would most definitely stay again! Would most definitely recommend.

After an 8 hour drive it was sheer joy to walk in to the AC blasting (coming from 100s in Texas), lights on and music playing was welcoming and a nice touch. The unit was decorated nicely. Here are the Pros / Cons (more suggestions than actual complaints because the total price was less than a hotel room and I felt it was comparable)Pros -A/CMusicLights onCleanVERY peaceful - very quiet - I think there were only 2 other people there.Bed was very clean and comfortableThe washer and dryer worked well.The peaceful view from the back was relaxingCons -Could not sit in the living room; the loveseat - cushions need replacing - you sink way down in them and since it is a loveseat it was the only place to sit.The tv way too small, couldn't get it loud enough to hear from the tiny seating area in the dining space.It would be a world of difference if a larger wall mounted tv was installed and the cushions replaced or a new couch put in. You could see then see the actual temp on thermostat as well.The door of the frig had the bars missing so I had to put wine and water bottles on its side. I basically ate and watched tv on the bed.I originally booked 9 nights - and on day 2, I realized I messed up the day (I was at a conference and chose the wrong checkout date). They absolutely refused to refund that last night even though it was at the start not the end of the stay.I am neutral if I would stay here again - but due to a variety of reasons not because of the unit.

The apartment was in a good location & was clean, our stay was great except for the very noisy neighbors upstairs.

Nice place to stay

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a little farther off of the main strip than I thought it would be but still convenient. Only negative for me was no over head lighting so wasn’t easy to see by just lamp light and no place to sit a drink while watching tv. We wound up bringing a chair from kitchen to put drinks on to keep from putting them on the floor.

Check in and kitchen facilities were great. The toilet seat was loose, and the furniture needed attention. The springs were hanging below that brown chair, the gray chair had a loose arm, and those metal chairs in the kitchen were trendy, but uncomfortable to sit in very long. The bed was great!We never could get the local tv channels. Written instructions would be helpful. Called the property manager and what she told me to do didn't work. We loved the location and would stay there again.

Check in -filne, when we got to the condo it had a bad smell, and there was noise above us all the trip, but come Monday morning at 130am my husband found a bed beg crawling on his pillows. So he got up and raised it down the sink on accident. But then we started looking in the bed and under the bed and we found a egg from a bug bed under the sham . So we packed up at 2am to leave to go home, and only they ate giving me only 100. Really i should get a full refund because of this big mess and miss up my vacation. So i will never stay there again. So i give you all a 0/10. Tracy August 2 through 5.

You are a clear example of someone who should not be traveling through Airbnb. Here is exactly what happened: you stayed in our property with no issues reported and no communication from you during your stay. Then, only after we requested a review, you suddenly claimed to have numerous “problems”. These claims are unfounded, and in our view, such conduct should result in removal from the platform

I wish I could rate this higher

I am not a picky person and do not ask for much in a rental condo. But this one was a disappointment. On the positive side the unit was clean and cozy and the bed was comfortable. It was also relatively easy to communicate with the owners. On the negative side the furniture in the living room and kitchen was cheap and uncomfortable. The love seat (fold out bed) cushions sag into the middle and there is no coffee table or side tables to set anything on. The kitchen table chairs are very small metal chairs that you wouldn't want to sit on for more than 10 minutes at a time. There are two other chairs in the living area but both are cheap and not comfortable and one arm on one of the chairs pulled away from the chair when you sat on it. So the only place to be comfortable in this condo was when asleep at night. The other issue is that the people who live upstairs sound like they are running a marathon every night in their condo. You can hear running every night from 5-10 pm. I realize that this is not the owner's fault but it is annoying. Due to the uncomfortable furniture and noise from upstairs I would not stay in this condo again. The owners need to invest 1500 into some better quality furniture for the unit.

We couldnt find the place at first because there are two sets of condos. It was very clean but a little run down looking. The ensuite bathroom isn't attached to the bedroom but right next to it. Otherwise it was a cute, cozy place for our vacation.
