Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, work table, toiletries, washer/dryer, and neon, LED, and string lights for a warm, inviting vibe. The complex offers ample parking and a rooftop deck with seating, a fireplace, and stunning downtown views. Nearby, explore local favorites like Butcher & Bee, The Pharmacy, and Kroger. Your perfect Nashville stay awaits!
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Pets are welcome in our home (maximum of 1 pet at $55)
Please respect the noise curfew.
Please respect check-in and checkout times.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please don’t hang, tape, or nail anything on the walls, doors, or ceilings — no decorations, banners, or command strips. Any paint or wall damage will be charged to the guest.
