With balcony views overlooking the pool and pond, multiple hangout spaces, and a bright open layout, this is the kind of place where vacation mode kicks in the second you walk in.
Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony, spend your days at the beach or by the pool, and wind down with sunset views and dinner on the patio. It's easy, laid-back, and exactly what a beach trip should feel like

The house was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and being close to the pool was great for the kids. However, there is limited seating in the main living area and the couches were not comfortable at all. Also, there was an electrical problem with the oven, it kept shutting off when were cooking and we would have to go outside and flip the breaker. The parking was also an issue, only 2 cars will fit in the driveway and the property does not allow street parking. Main living spaces and parking is not equipped for 12 people.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the oven during your stay. Unfortunately, the issue was caused by a faulty breaker, which was outside of our control. Once identified, arrangements were made to have the breaker replaced to prevent future interruptions. This has been fixed. We appreciate your comments regarding the seating and parking. We do our best to accurately represent the home through our photos and listing description so guests can determine if the layout is the right fit for their group. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Port Aransas in the future.
