Beautiful home in a quiet, clean neighborhood. The rooms were bigger than expected, very clean home. They had everything you need to make you feel at home. One room had toys in the closet, which helped entertain our 1 year old! Kid friendly home with baby gates available, plug covers, and kids plates & utensils. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The house was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked. The little extras like night lights and outlet covers were appreciated. The hosts went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would highly recommend this place and these hosts.

This property is pet friendly with a large fenced backyard, although we did leave our dog at home. The house is large and clean, updated with comfortable beds and linens. The neighborhood is quiet. I did like the nice touch of coffee and creamers available in the kitchen for guests. The management team was quick toRespond with my questions. Overall, it is a lovely home and I would stay again.

Cave Springs Holiday

Conveniently located between Bentonville and Fayetteville; this was a great spot to visit all of the surrounding areas.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay in Cave Springs. The house was comfortable and the neighbhood was peaceful. It's off the beaten path but had anything you could want within a 20 minute drive. There was great communication throughout our stay and check-in/check-out couldn't have been easier.

Retreat at Cave Springs

We had a great stay at this property. The communication with management was easy and responsive in a timely manner. The house itself featured comfortable beds, cozy linens, great water pressure, and a nice backyard. Having a fully fenced-in backyard was awesome while traveling with our dog. From this location in Cave Springs, you can get to numerous other hot spots in NWA in 15 to 20 minutes easily.

Overall, the home was in an ideal location for our visit. It was well-appointed, matched the listing description, and was very clean and comfortable.One issue we encountered was a significant fly problem. Despite being careful with lights and minimizing door openings, we dealt with flies throughout our stay.Our lower rating is primarily due to the check-in experience. Before arrival, I was informed that no late checkout was available, so we booked an additional night in order to remain in the home past noon on our departure day.On arrival, we reached the property about 20 minutes before the 4:00 p.m. check-in time and found that the door code was not yet active. After messaging then calling the host, we were informed the door code was not active because we were early and the code would not activate until 4:00 p.m.While I fully understand that we arrived slightly before the stated check-in time, the interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and left a poor first impression. A simple acknowledgment of our arrival and assistance with the lock would have gone a long way. While the lock code was updated within minutes the emphasis on being "early" created a sour note that carried through the remainder of our stay.The property itself is very nice, but based on this experience, I would likely look more closely at other short-term rental management companies in the area for future visits.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. The early-arrival experience should have felt welcoming rather than rigid. Customer service matters to us, and we have since made staffing changes so arrivals are handled with more warmth and a quicker hands-on assist. We also keep an eye on seasonal pests like flies to limit their impact for future guests. We appreciate you giving us a clear picture of where we can do better.
