Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your stay was impacted by an unexpected A/C issue upon arrival. As a dedicated team, we aim to resolve guest concerns as swiftly as possible. Standard troubleshooting questions and initial assessments via message are required operational steps (especially since the previous guests experienced no HVAC issues) so we can properly diagnose the problem and ensure the right technician and equipment are dispatched. When our technician confirmed that the system could not be repaired that same evening, we immediately took action to relocate your group to another available unit in the community so you had a fully functioning space for the night. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to refine our processes and guest support.
