A child gate to keep infants from climbing the many stairs would be nice. The elevator worked first couple of days then quit. Management provided quick repair of water heater problems. Overall great place to stay

Great Accommodations !!

Family vacation. Take it Easy checked off all the boxes for a great stay!! Clean well kept modern location plenty of room pool our family agreed —it was the best rental we have ever stayed at.

Great Stay

This was a beautiful home with a view that was so enjoyable. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen very nicely put together. We had 3 families and children. I would give this home top rating.

Best Beach Stay Ever!

Take all the best beachy-things you could dream for a seaside stay- and double them. No, quadruple them! This vacation villa, just 29 short steps from the beach is Stunning! Beautifully yet comfortably decorated , this massive residence feels huge and cozy at the same time. 5 gorgeous bedrooms on 3 levels, with an abundance of beds and an elevator! Bathrooms are everywhere- all modern and relaxing… And if you can pull yourself out of these comfy environs (with huge tv screens everywhere you could stop and watch), step out in a private veranda to the heated pool. This stay elevates. Especially from the third balcony overlooking the Gulf. Treat yourself to a beach full of dreams on your next vacation!

Thirty Seconds And You're On The Beach

This house is kinda hard to beat. The location is just amazing. Right next to Pier 16's entrance. The beach was never packed, it was just busy enough to enjoy people-watching. It's easy to get to restaurants, groceries, whatever. The house is beautifully kept, very clean, and well laid out. Communication was great with the rental company. We loved the kitchen, dining, living space, and pool. Barely used the third floor living space but it was nice for my husband to do some zoom calls. We are in PCB every summer and we had yet another marvelous vacation. Thanks so much!

Property was as described. Easy check in and out. Maintenance fixed a couple items promptly. Property was clean and no bugs! Next to the beach entrance which is nice. Used the beach wagon from the closet to transport items. Kitchen, dinette and family room was large enough with our group to enjoy each other’s company in our party of 9. Pool was just the right size to casually relax in or around the patio. Enjoyed the upper deck each night and listening to the waves roll in. Would definitely stay here again!
