Unità # A207 Unità terminale Oceanfront popolare. Queste foto sono di quest'anno 2016/2017 e provengono da questa unità, inclusa la foto dal lanai che guarda l'oceano. Situato su South Kihei Road, questo condominio si trova a circa 100 metri dall'acqua. Tra il condominio e l'oceano è un parco erboso con palme ondeggianti, shuffleboard e campi da tennis, un sacco di fiori nativi di ibisco allo zenzero. Che vista spettacolare, 180 * vista.
Piscina, idromassaggio e barbecue. Meravigliosa brezza tropicale stando seduti sul lanai guardando l'oceano e osservando la violazione delle balene.
Perché il condominio si trova al secondo piano e un'unità finale, offre la vista migliore. Vicino a negozi, mercati artigianali e mercati di frutta.

Banco attività per tutte le vostre escursioni e avventure turistiche, ottima spiaggia per passeggiate e windsurf, whale watch, e semplicemente godersi i tramonti più fantastici dal vostro lanai. Parcheggio gratuito. Il servizio di pulizia è disponibile a metà settimana su richiesta - L'unità è situata nell'edificio A # A207. Che è un'unità d'angolo C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità. E c'è anche la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita

Great condo to stay in Kihei. Place is spacious, bed is comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, the large lanai has unobstructed ocean view, and the beach is a few feet away.

Perfect location. 200 steps from the beach. This beach has sea turtles in the morning and afternoon.Also a short beach walk to the whale sanctuary. Amazing sunsets from the lanai. We have stayed here before and hope to again.

Great location and view. Had to call housekeeper for soap, trash bags and tp (only one roll at check in). Only delivered soap the first time. Floors were not that clean. Plenty of space. Comfortable and quiet. It was a pleasant stay!

We loved the balcony and views. The overall condition of the condo was very dated and old. It definitely needs an update. We still enjoyed our stay there

Thank you for your visit and I am really glad that you had a wonderful time. I know the unit could use a little upgrade. But since the Lahaina fires things have been extremely slow in Maui. So it’s really difficult to upgrade when you’re not getting any income. I do try to provide our guests with everything that they’re going to need for their stay. Please come back and visit us again. I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The sunsets were unreal and I saw turtles everyday on the beach. I would recommend staying here!

Two Sisters from Alaska had an excellent stay!

We absolutely love the location of this beautiful place. The beach was right out the back door! The condo had all the comforts of home. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful condo Beautiful view

Stayed 11 nights and loved this condo. Furnished with everything we needed. Ocean view was beautiful, grounds and pool area so pretty. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay again

Incredible and relaxing stay

I had the opportunity to stay here for 8 days and loved it so much!! The view was incredible and it is situated in a nice area of Kihei. I hope that I will be able to stay here again! Everything worked the way it was supposed to and both Tracie and Nicole were ready and available to help with anything needed.

Beautiful Maui Condo

This one bedroom condo has gorgeous ocean views including the sunset from the balcony! Everything was fully stocked - kitchen, bathroom linens, towels, laundry, and tonnes of beach toys! The space was perfect for three of us. Plenty of fans helped to cool the place down. Location is great and central to many beaches and activities.

Great location

Really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The salt water pool was nice & had a full outdoor kitchen with several equipped gas grills. Queen bed was comfortable. Public Pickleball courts close by. Place really needs deep cleaning and repairs by wasn’t bad for the price.

Outstanding

Great location, great condo, great access to the beach. Whales and turtles right outfront. Having no AC isnt too bad with the windows open. Don't forget to support the local farmera market just down the road. We will be back!

We stayed for 10 days at Traci’s condo. We enjoyed walking to the Pickleball courts and bbq in the pool area. All in all it’s a good value condo. Traci was very prompt answering our questions. Mahalo Jim

Awesome View

You could not ask for a better view for the price! We loved watching the sunsets! They were so spectacular every night. The beach is quiet and in front of the condo. Great for walking in the sand. The condo is a little outdated but again for the price, it can not be beat! We plan on coming back and. recommending to family and friends.

Amazing view

Well, it wasn't the cleanest or in best shape place, but it was paradise! The sunset were absolutely amazing! Taking breakfast on the patio with the bird all around and the ocean waves was heaven! You had everything you need to cook! No need for AC, just open the windows and you'll get the perfect breeze! We had an amazing time! For the price, I highly recommend!

Kihei Condo

This condo is good, good location, not as close to the beach as we thought but still nice. Needs a good detail clean and a few maintenance items that could be fixed like, cover for light in shower area, bathroom sink drain hole needs to be fixed.
