Wonderful well equipped Croatian villa

Very large accommodate for our group. So clean and airy with super comfy beds. The outdoor space has beautifully local plants and shrubs with a great size pool. 25 mins moderate walk to Pula centre and 8 mins walk to nearest beach. Lovely clear sea. Adriana was a most helpful and friendly host and answered our queries about local information very swiftly.

Excellent Villa-great location

All my family and kids loved the villa , very quiet , good for escaping from everything . If you like walking you can take long walk along the the sea and go to the marina and enjoy delicious food and drink , if you are energetic you can go to beach and have a lots of fun . Excellent spacious villa , well maintained gardens, clean and neat spacious rooms and bathrooms giving space to our larger family. Cool shady areas to sit, felt safe and secure and enjoy . I would highly recommend villa Daniel, so much so we are booking for next year.

Adriana was a great host! She always gave me whatever information we needed very quickly before and during our stay. The house is very roomy and comfortable and has a beautiful garden and swimming pool. The location is good for the town, the beach and food shopping, although there was some rather loud construction work going on nearby. My only suggestion would be that some of the household equipment (cooker, coffeepots, faucets, shower heads, towels) should really be updated, especially given the rental costs. Everything was very clean, but some things didn't work very well.Nonetheless, we had a lovely stay and would recommend it to other VRBO users.

Meglio di così non si può!!

Il soggiorno é stato al di sopra delle aspettative!! La signora Adriana ci ha accolto benissimo, i tre appartamenti sono arredati molto bene e attrezzati con tantissimi utensili. I due appartamenti grandi sono molto spaziosi ci entrano comode 7 persone l'uno mentre in quello più piccolo comodi 3 o 4 se 2 bambini. La piscina Fantastica! l'abbiamo sfruttata tantissimo compresi i gonfiabili, tutto praticamente nuovo. Per chiudere in bellezza Adriana ci ha offerto vassoi di affettati e di dolci. MEGLIO DI COSI!!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden geblieben. Das Haus besteht aus 3 separaten apartments, was uns super gepasst hat. Rs ist gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfbereit.

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren 3 befreundete Familien mit jeweils 2 Teenies und einem Hund dort für 12 Tage. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnungen waren sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, wobei die kleinere Wohnung nicht für 4 Personen geeignet ist, da sie sehr eng ist. Die technische Ausstattung ist super, wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch sind mehrere Terrassen vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse unter dem Wein lässt es sich in der Hitze auch wunderbar aushalten. 3 weitere kleinere Terrassen sind optimal wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte. Und erwähnt werden muss natürlich auch der Poolbereich. Ideal, wenn man mal einen Tag in der Unterkunft verbringen möchte, Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umzäunung ist ideal, wenn man einen Hund mitbringt. Seine Einkäufe kann man in der Nähe erledigen, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Auch erwähnen möchten wir unsere Vermieterin Adriana, die sehr bemüht ist, den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten.

Eine Villa für große Familie mit Pool

Wir waren mit der ganze Familie mit Kindern und Enkelkindern in der Villa ganz nette Gastgeberin wir waren begeistert, alles hat reibungslos geklappt Check in Check out wir dürfen sogar früher rein in der Villa als vorgeschrieben selbst Villa liegt ganz nah zum Meer und eine schöne Bucht ein perfekter Urlaub für die große Familie. Ausstattung vom Haus war perfekt und modern eingerichtet, alles ist in der Nähe Supermarkt Bushaltestelle Eisdiele Bäckerei Wir haben genossen unsere Urlaub noch mal vielen Dank Adriana du hast uns das ermöglicht Wir können nur empfehlen

nice accommodation, very close to the beach and the city centre

We traveled as a big group of 13 people and all had a place to sleep. All in all we were very happy. Unfortunately at the table where we all had to eat there weren't enough seats so we had to get some from elsewhere in the house. The hostess is very kind and you can reach out to her very easily via WhatsApp. The house is very close to the beach and the city. You can reach it by foot as well as by bus. The pool is very big and comfortable. The flats in the house were clean and well equiped. The Wifi worked almost everywhere in the house but barely by the pool and the small flat. All in all a very nice house.

Schöne Stadtvilla

Eine schöne Villa, in der Nähe des historischen Kerns von Pula. Das Objekt wurde innen, aber auch aussen renoviert, was man auf den Bildern noch gar nicht sieht. Es bietet 2 große und ein kleines Appartment. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 2 und 3 Kindern und ein Paar mit Hund. Dafür ist dieses Haus perfekt geeignet. Alle Appartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Verschiedene, große Terrassen bieten genug Platz für alle zusammen, oder, wenn man will auch seperat. Apotheke, Supermarkt mit Bäcker und Metzger sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, d.h. der Hund konnte frei laufen. Das einzige Manko an der Lage ist, der Strand Valsaline, der in 200 m Entfernung liegt, ist ein Stadtstrand und somit sehr überlaufen. Außerdem ist die Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegenden Hochhäuser nicht sehr romantisch. Besser ist der Strand Uvala Saccorgiana, der 20 Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Um einen ruhigeren Strand zu erreichen, muss man in´s Auto steigen. Zu empfehlen ist hier der Strand Valbandon mit schönem, weißen Kiesstrand und 2 Snackbars (10 Min.). Wunderschön ist natürlich auch ein Ausflug in das nahe gelegene Kap Kamenjak, das mit seinen schönen Buchten oder an der Spitze mit Klippen von 5m bis 12 m zum Springen animiert. Aber alles in allem eine sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Stadtvilla mit tollem Pool und Rosengarten. Für eine große Familie, oder eine Reise mit bis zu 12 Personen super geeignet. Zu guter Letzt muss natürlich die überaus freundliche und stets erreichbare, aber nie aufdringliche, Hausherrin Adriana erwähnt werden, die alles versucht, um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen.

A nice holiday with our big family!

A nice Villa, which is perfect for a big family. To the city it's a 30 minutes walk. To the beach we needed approx. 10-15 minutes. Supermarkets are nereby. Adriana is a very kind host. We can totally recommand her and the villa.

Schöner Urlaub

Haben sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt . Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber . Die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Das Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht .Zum Strand nur 600m .Das einzige Manko das es zu weit von der Innenstadt liegt um zu laufen ,3 km .Hat aber wiederum einen Vorteil wenn man mit den Kindern verreist .Sehr ruhige Ecke.

Härlig pool och ganska nära till stranden. Lite onödiga småfel såsom lös vattenkran i köket i undervåningen. Lös toasits i lilla lägenheten. Vattendropp från aircondition över dörren i övre lägenheten. Ej rengjorda strilar i utedusch och kökskranar. Hög allmän standard men också lite högt pris. Dörr med glasinfattning mellan hall och rum dålig kvalite.´Blåste igen så glaset gick sönder och vi fick betala EUR 70.
