This unit is newly renovated and showcases the Beautiful Rocky Mountains. Spacious 2 bedroom (King & Queen beds) and 2 bathroom. Comfortably sleeps 4 with a pull-out couch that sleeps an extra 2. River Rock Fireplace (electric) & AC. Walking distance to downtown (Location!) & 10–15-minute drive to Banff. Underground parking (1 stall). Master bedroom includes a Jacuzzi Tub.
Fully functional kitchen that overlooks the dinning & living room, laminate flooring, smart TV, washer/dryer & dishwasher
In addition to all the amenities the suite has, the availability to walk to different shops, dining, and other necessities, is a key feature of this location. The building provides an elevator to the floor or stairs.
Specific directions for each parties stay will be sent out 3 days prior to their arrival, through their booking sites internal inbox.
Any concerns or complaints need to be addressed with the owners prior to contacting the listing company, so the owners can attempt to resolve the issue.
There is to be no hanging of any items from in suite sprinkler heads
