Si tratta di un appartamento in affitto a 3 camere da letto recentemente aggiornato in una zona molto sorta dopo Surf City LBI. Nuovissimo letto king size, 2 letti singoli, 2 letti singoli (estraibili) quando messi insieme per creare un altro re. Nuovissime piastrelle blu ovunque, nuovissimi pavimenti in legno duro nelle camere da letto. Nuova TV a schermo piatto extra large con cavo nel soggiorno. 6 posti letto di cui 6 badge da spiaggia (enormi risparmi per te). Doccia esterna disponibile anche (il mio preferito). WIFI GRATUITO, USO GRATUITO DI LAVANDERIA. Lavatrice e asciugatrice in lavanderia sotto breezeway.
Pulito di fresco prima del vostro arrivo da una donna delle pulizie premurosa. Trapunte, cuscini e coprimaterassi forniti. Barbecue e ponte di grandi dimensioni con grandi tavoli da picnic. Parcheggio in loco per 1 auto. VIETATO FUMARE SULLE PREMESSE
Ristoranti, mini golf, shopping, gelaterie fantastiche, biding, negozio di pesce, negozio di liquori, ecc. Tutti a pochi isolati da questa meravigliosa strada. La spiaggia è incontaminata! Bagnino.
Un luogo orientato alla famiglia. Visita il faro all'estremità nord dell'isola, visita Beach Haven per lo shopping, il parco acquatico e l'enorme galleria. Sali sulla bici per un giro in bici verso la baia o semplicemente goditi il sole e la spiaggia rilassanti. TANTO DA FARE SU LBI.
Brama pesci e molluschi per cena, visita i nostri MOLTI ristoranti lungo tutta l'isola di Long Beach. Questo è un bellissimo luogo di vacanza e un gioiello. IL MINUTO CHE GUIDI SULLA CAUSEWAY, RITORNA INDIETRO A UN TEMPO DI BUON VECCHIO SANO DIVERTIMENTO SANO.

Fun time with great people at LBI

I had a great time when I was there, the owners were very friendly and accomadating, the place was clean and well maintained. Overall a great week, I would highly recommend it.

Very Nice Property

The property was very nice, clean and pleasant. The owner was super nice and pleasant too. Very close to the beach and super convenient. Highly recommend!

Nice clean rental. Close to the beach.

This is a clean unit. Close to the beach. The owner Francine is very nice and accommodating. Loved that it had a king sized bed. Also the Sunday to Sunday rental made travel a lot easier.

Great front porch and house

We had a lovely time at this home. The owners are very nice who are upstairs and very considerate to renters. At the end of the block the lifeguards are right there which great that you don't need to walk far. House has plenty of seating on front porch. Also plenty of storage area in back of house for bikes etc. Another huge plus is garbage pick up twice a week. They are plenty of garbage bins. The washing machine is big also and a top loader which I like. Good house for families and very quiet street.

Great Beach house!

Had a great time in LBI at this lovely beach house. Just a short walk to beach. House was extremely clean and very comfortable. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Easy parking on premise. Look forward to renting again next year!

FANTASTIC TIME AT LBI!

I rented this property the last week of August for me, my husband and three children. The owners who we rented from were very friendly and accommodating. From the time we arrived, we were welcomed by the owners. They said if we had any concerns with our accommodations to let them know. The house was spotless and as soon as you walked in you could tell that they take pride in their surroundings. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep. If we needed to do laundry during our stay, there was a washer and dryer on site (came in very handy). We were pleasantly surprised that we had ample space to park our cars. The location of this property is fantastic since it is so close to the beach. I would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in renting to look into this property. I am not sure I would agree with Debra M’s assessment of this rental property; but, I would like to say that I had a very positive experience with my stay. I would definitely come back next year to LBI and hope that this rental property is available.

Great beach rental & awesome owners!

Not sure why someone would write that kind of review. It seems unjust as our experience was just the opposite. This beach house was a home away from home and was perfect for my family! The house was meticulous and the air conditioners worked well and helped make our experience relaxing and comfortable ! The owners were extremely friendly and very accommodating! They allowed us to park a car in the driveway and there was plenty of on street parking for our other car. We found access to the beach very convenient and safe as we didn't have to cross the boulevard. It was so convenient to have access to a washer and dryer, especially for free! It was an amazing experience! Thank you for a lovely week! We plan to return next year and can't wait! !

To answer your question about the bad review from Debra M., she destroyed and trashed my home and was not happy I kept $350 security to replace the broken table, etc.... I have had a wonderful strong run of 15 years because my guests see that we care about our home and mostly our tenants satisfaction. We are also freshly painting the entire rental for next year. I truly appreciate your making time to write a review for our property. We truly enjoyed meeting you and your lovely family and we look forward to seeing you again next year! Hopefully it will be a lighter Winter, fingers crossed :)

I had a double transplant and I am immune compromised so high have an extremely clean home and implement strict cleaning policies and my rental to keep everyone safe!

We take pride in our homes. We have had so many wonderful comments on how clean and well taken care of this property is. We purchased this home from our family when our grandmother passed on. We needed to keep this special place in our family. Surf City means a lot to our family and we love being a part of this wonderful town.
