This property is an Oasis in the heart of the city of Houston. The location was convenient to most places that we visited. The pool/spa was the highlight of our stay. We absolutely loved watching the projector tv on the back patio while relaxing in the spa. Communication with the owner was great and plenty of information was sent before arrival. We had an awesome stay and would definitely book again.

Host was very helpful from the start of the booking to the end of it. Home was beautiful, clean, and well furnished. No issues whats so ever. Would definitely book again.

The host was very welcoming and answered any and all questions with in a few mins and explained everything that I needed help with. I would recommend this house 10/10. I had a group of 7 teenage boys and they absolute loved the hot tub. There was plenty of room for all of us comfortably. It was close to everything we went and did as well. Will defiantly book again.

The best thing that works here is the coffee maker. Do not come here if you want to stay in a hot tub because it’s not hot additionally, yes there is a projector screen here outside the hot tub but while you’re in this cold hot tub, the projector does not work. To be specific it will cast onto your phone, but you cannot hear anything because it has a tiny speaker. More importantly it does not cast what you are seeing whenever you are casting from your phone. Additionally, if you plan to have a party here don’t because they’re very strict about how many people can be here. The most important detail is that the gate on the outside did not take the code. I had to use a card to JIMMY myself inside every time I came. if you’re gonna stay somewhere near, Houston, don’t come here unless you wanna be disappointed.

Clean house, ad an issue with hot tub when we got their. One call was all it took maintenance company was there first thing in the morning to repair the problem. Restaurants and shops are a few miles away so be prepared to drive or Uber. This was the perfect place for what we were looking for. A little oasis close enough to downtown that getting to the nice restaurants only took a few minutes but far enough away to enjoy some quite relaxation. Host were very easy to work with.

A good place for groups

The house is in a neighborhood with a few nice restaurants and not too far we found a super cool coffee shop. The place is a bit austere, you can tell no one lives here, that's not a bad thing for some people. The fridge was absolutely pristine.The window in the main bedroom doesn't seem to be completely airtight and you can hear sirens that go by the main road. I had to sleep with my AirPods. One of the beds is on a nice large bed frame that's an actual furniture piece, but the other two are set on a steel frame pieces that are a bit noisy to sleep on. There is no coffee grinder, FYI. But they were able to get us regular sugar delivered right after I pointed out there was none to be found. They responded very fast to our concerns.
