there were issues with dampness that left a negative feel to the stay. efforts were extended to correct the issue. but that would have required a change in our scheduled plans. the location is good to get to tourist spots

As soon as you brought the issue to our attention, we offered to arrange for a professional to evaluate the situation, including an option for that evening or the following morning. We completely understood your desire not to interrupt your vacation plans and respected your decision to have the issue addressed after checkout. Since your departure, we have addressed the issue and are continuing to monitor the property to ensure it remains comfortable for future guests. We appreciate your communication throughout your stay and regret that this concern took away from what should have been a relaxing vacation.

The facilities were neat and clean. The host gave excellent service. My only problem was due to my handicap, which made it difficult to get in and out. For people who have no walking handicap, it is a nice quiet place to stay. I recommend this home.

The host was receptive,friendly professional and communicated promptly. The property was snuggled in the woods off a country road. It is very cute, peaceful and although an older home, it had everything we needed. The house is cute and the rocking chairs on the porch were very welcoming. There's even a ramp for elderly and handicap along with shower grab bars. We were attending a wedding at Nicols Heir which is conveniently only a 1/2 mile down the same road. The only slight downside is if you have a large vehicle, truck or more than 1 vehicle. Theres not a lot of room to park for large vehicles and the driveway is narrow with a tree stump on one side that a larger vehicle might have an issue with. Otherwise it's a 10 out of 10 from us.

Property was hard to find using Google Maps and/or directions given by property owner due to poor internet connection and/or hard to understand directions given by property owners. We found it was much easier to to get property coming in from Sevierville coming off Hwy 411 much easier to find for it was a directly off.Owner maybe give alternative directions with people may struggle poor internet connection and/or have a hard time finding the roads for which use the same name over again and again.

This was the perfect place for a family of 5 and dog. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area but off the busy main road. Home had all the amenities needed for our long weekend stay. It was a great jumping off point for our daily adventures and a quiet retreat after our busy days. Owner was very responsive and friendly.

Adequate for our needs for our short 3 night stay. No extra bells and whistles and not needed for our purposes. The peaceful nature of the home and surroundings were the standout. Close to Sevierville and most attractions.

Big dog friendly!!! I have 2 big dogs, one is 100 pounds, and the other one is 150 pounds. It has been hard to find a nice place to stay that will allow my fur babies. We found a nice, clean, roomy place big enough for us, that is still close enough to activities, but still surrounded by nature. Host was great, very friendly, and on point with communication. Will most definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!!!!!

Host was very responsive. Location wss great, close to main activities, but still quaint and private. Only drawback was no hot tub which was listed as an amenitie. Comfortable and supplied well.
