The room was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. They had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a beach wagon to haul everything in. Very quiet atmosphere.

The unit was nice and clean upon arrival. It was fully furnished and decorated nicely with a full kitchen and everything needed for cooking. There were many families that had children and our kids made a lot of friends. The host communicated very promptly and was available for any questions. We had a great experience and a wonderful time on are two week stay!

Excellent stay! Place was clean and had everything we needed to function. We especially enjoyed the access to both the beach and the intracoastal where we enjoyed paddle boarding. Hosts were great to work with.

Great stay!

Very clean and everything worked perfectly. Loved the pool and access to the beach on the point. Well stocked, clean bathrooms, no issues with wifi/AC, mattresses could use updating but would definitely stay again.

Great location and beautiful accommodations! Owners are receptive and quick to respond to any issues and concerns. Close to the beach and right on the marsh. We have stayed at Inlet Pointe in the past but really enjoyed the layout, decor and feel of this condo!

The view is amazing! Such a pretty place and honestly loved it was gated. The gate to the property was really easy to access as well. The place was nice and clean too. The kitchen was perfect for making meals and had plenty of dishes. We slept comfortably and temperature of the place was perfect. The hosts were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Overall would definitely book this place again!

Great place

We loved the condo. The beach area was great. Easy to get to and not at all crowded. The only negative would be having to walk the stairs up to the 3rd floor. But we'd definitely stay there again.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Check in and out was easy. Great home and location. This is my families 2nd time staying in this property and we love it! Ashley's responses were quick when I messaged her and she checked to ensure the property was to our standards. We look forward to booking this home next year!

Kitchen had needed items and bed very comfortablde. Meals are eaten at a kitchen island bar on stools. Floor crackles where ever you walk so impossible to tip toe around quietly. Located on 3rd floor with lots of steps (no elevator)... challenging if carrying a heavy cooler. Pool and beach easily accessible and enjoyed playing pickleball everyday.

For future guests, our listing clearly notes that the condo is located on the third floor and that the building does not have an elevator, so guests are aware of the stairs prior to booking. The photos and description also show that the kitchen seating is at the island bar with stools rather than a traditional dining table. As with many coastal condos, some normal floor noise can occur with movement. We appreciate the feedback, and we're happy you were able to enjoy the beach, pool, and daily pickleball during your stay.

Inlet Point Villas-Cherry Grove

Our stay at Cherry Grove was great. The location of the condo couldn’t have been better. The condo was very clean, pleasantly decorated and provided plenty of space. Communication with our host,Ashley, was excellent. She responded quickly to all my questions sent by text messages or emails. I would highly recommend the condo and hope to go there again next year.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The location was absolutely perfect—we stepped out the door and were right on the beach. The surrounding community was warm and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of the experience. The property itself was immaculate upon arrival and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Perfect (clean!) location, Cute and Beachy Decor

We booked this condo for my daughter’s spring break and I’m so glad we did. It was quiet and the location was perfect. I loved how we had the option to either sit on the beach and watch the ocean, or sit on the inlet side when the beach was too windy. We also sat by the pool when both locations got to be too cold from the wind. The condo was just right for our group of 5 and it was outfitted with everything we needed. It was also clean and the beach decor was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and plan to do so next time we vacation in Cherry Grove. Thanks Ashley and John! You have a great place!
