This place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Response time was super fast and friendly. It does get loud at night (neighbors) but we kind of expected. Nothing your TV or ambient noise can’t drown out to help you fall asleep.

Everything was exceptional from the cleanliness of the house and pool to the easiness of the check in. The host was quick to respond whenever I had a question. My family had a wonderful time staying here.

The host was quick to respond and very attentive to our requests. The pool area was nice and the water warm. It was close to everything.Everything was clean and ready for our arrival, checking out was very simple.We will definitely stay here when we are back in Orlando

We had a great stay. The home was clean and ready to go for our group of 10. Plenty of comfortable beds and close to groceries and food options. Close enough to the parks and kids loved the pool and club house.

We had the best time here! The location was convenient to Disney and Universal. Stores and restaurants super close by. Staff at the gate and water park were excellent. Host was very helpful. The home was large and clean. We all had our own rooms! The 2nd floor laundry was the best. I loved our private pool. It was nice to lay by the pool all day, after a day at Disney. My kids really felt like we were living it up. The water park felt very resort like. We spent a couple of days just doing that. I would stay here again for sure!

The house is excellent and fully stocked. Very clean and organized. The heated pool was great! The resort amenities are fantastic. Some feedback and a heads up… the house in under a management company and there’s a lot of forms to fill-out and sign aside from vrbo. It was a lot and not a quick process. The check-in experience took 30 mins. Every day during regular check-in time there was a long line of cars, which delayed our entrance into the community. Also, some of the towels are getting old and should be replaced. The dryer was not working properly. It would stop after 5 mins.

We had a lovely stay at this house (October 2025). Location is great - close to Disney and is in a quiet, gated community. There is a Publix and lots of stores nearby. Easy to get to. Check in was quick, no line ups to get through the gate. The house is just like the pictures. The heated pool (which is included unlike other rentals where they charge you for it) is lovely and was used a lot. The house is clean and the layout is perfect. Kids loved the video game room. It had plenty of space for our group of 11. Salt and pepper are provided. Didn't see a peeler, potato masher or pasta strainer in the kitchen (so you know to bring if you need some). The kettle was broken but the owner replaced it immediately with a brand new one. 2 master bedrooms upstairs (both w/ ensuites but 1 is larger with safe, ironing board in the closet). 1 kids room with a bunk and 1 with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is another bedroom. Beds were comfy (foam).We hung out in the pool area a lot. There is a half bathroom there that was great so the kids didn't have to go through the house wet to go to the bathroom. The bbq is locked as you have to pay for it but we didn't need it anyway. There is a nice clubhouse in the resort you can walk to (10-15 min) or is a very short drive. It has a lazy river, pool, hot tub and 2 water slides. We enjoyed hanging out there. It wasn't too busy.Checkout was easy. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!
