We had a few significant issues during our stay that impacted our overall experience:Check-in: The original check-in code provided did not work, requiring us to message the host to get the correct code before we could enter.Host: She was kind however the response was not as prompt as I would like. Getting house code took half an hour. I called her it went to voice mail, then messaged her, and I rang her Ring doorbell that's when she messaged me.Laundry & Towels: When we tried to wash towels and clothes after swimming, both the washer and dryer were full of leftover laundry. The host asked us to move the laundry into the dryer and a basket so we could use the machine. Because there were no extra towels provided, no one could shower until the laundry was finished.Kitchen & Cleanliness: The refrigerator was dirty and very sticky. Additionally, there was scattered cat food attracting ants on the front porch when we arrived. Amenities & Supplies: There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with no refills available. The kitchen lacked basic baking trays and oven mitts, so we had to purchase our own baking tray at Walmart to prepare dinner.Living Room & Entertainment: The house rules restrict food to the living room, but the living room TV couldn't log into streaming apps (like Netflix, Disney, or Prime, etc. ), Whereas the bedrooms TVs could. This made it difficult for our family to relax and enjoy food together while watching something.

Excellent Home

Very charming home. Rooms well situated, the beds were comfortable. The pool a visual bonus only given the chilly time of year :) The living room is very welcoming! So cozy to rest and visit with friends and family!

Brief stay at nice house

Overall the stay was good, and I would stay again. Home is in a nice older neighborhood. The house was clean, but supplies were not well stocked for coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The backyard has work that need to be completed. The fence is falling apart, and the backyard was not picked up after the last pool party.

The beds were so comfortable. They felt like sleeping on a cloud. Best sleep I've gotten in a long time, especially in a rental.When we vacation, we normally don't go out to eat, but cook in house. So to me, the kitchen could use more supplies. There was silverware for four people with a couple extra forks and spoons. There were no large bowls for mixing anything in so we improvised. The set of fry pans was great, but no large pot, like a Dutch oven size. Plenty of cups and glasses, but no pitcher.We noticed that the house has no three prong outlets, so if you have anything with a grounded plug, be sure to bring an adapter so it can plug into the two prong outlet.We did experience an issue with the utility sink filling with water when we used the kitchen sink or used the washing machine, and we did need to bail it out so we could wash dishes or do laundry. That issue was communicated to the owner and she is having that inspected and hopefully resolved. Claudia did communicate with me, so that was nice. The pool was a special treat. All in all we had an amazing vacation, but our vacations are more about the people we spend them with than the home we are staying at. Although we did appreciate that the home is one level, since some of us have mobility issues. And it was spacious.Thank you Claudia for making your home available.

This is a beautiful home with a pool. The host communicates well with you and was aware of my plans before our stay. They have reasonable house rules and it was a great stay. We would have loved to stay longer. The home met our needs for the holiday weekend and allowed us to be with our family under one roof. We will definitely be interested in staying here again in the future.
