GUEST ACCESS
The whole house is yours, including the loft, the covered patio, the deck, the fenced backyard, and the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. No shared space and no host on site.
Parking is free on the property, with room for a boat or trailer, plus free street parking. The Lake Travis public boat ramp is about a mile away and Austin is roughly 30 minutes.
Check yourself in with the smart lock any time after 4pm. A travel crib and a high chair are here if you need them, and dogs are welcome.
GOOD TO KNOW
Check in is after 4:00 PM, checkout is by 10:00 AM, and six guests is the maximum.
Security cameras are outside only. There are never cameras inside the house. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit are all on site.
Up to two pets are welcome. Just tell me who is coming when you book.
The deck looks out over hills and treetops, and the sunsets are the reason people sit out there. The house itself is not on the water. We are out in Travis County, so evenings are quiet.
