Sorry about the washer and dishwasher; my property manager had trouble with the appliance repair man. They are now repaired. Not sure what the issue with the wi-fi was but sometimes service on the island gets disrupted.

Hi Donna, 1 is the lowest ranking and 5 is the highest. Are you sure you hit the correct rating, since you seemed pretty happy when we communicated and you rebooked for 2 weeks in November?

I know you were upset that I wouldn't extend your stay with a deep discount, but this is unfair.. I probably would have extended if you didn't have 7 people there when you booked for 2, smoked incessantly in the condo when it is against USVI laws and our rules and regulations and had the visitors in the condo below ready to call 911 on you. As I told you, the replacement pillows didn't arrive when they were supposed to. They are there now. One of the 2 A/C systems went out your last night there. For that, I apologize. It is repaired. One of the 3 toilets broke while you were there. Again, I apologize. As you said, it is repaired. Sugar Beach treats all the condos for pests at the beginning of each month. I apologize if there were a few cockroaches during your stay. The rules and regulations do not allow visitors to have dogs in the condos. Not sure how they got them by the SB staff.

All of the issues that you brought up have been resolved except the master bedroom sliding door which will take a little more time. Thank you for your input.

Sorry about the bugs. Sugar Beach treats all the condos for pests at the same time in the beginning of the month so sometimes toward the end of the month there tends to be some. Sometimes I have none when other condos have them. They are everywhere in the Caribbean. As far as I know we all have the same Wi-Fi from Reliable and it is included in our condo fee. I will bring it up with the board to cost out upgrading. Repairs to the pool are supposed to be completed by 5/28. The sidelights at the front door are scheduled to be replaced this summer. Sorry you didn't like the bird decor-some people do, some people don't.

I was scheduled to come down for the 1st time in over 13 months after your stay and am still down here taking care of things. I apologize for the condition of some things; a lot of things were broken that I was unaware of and the cleaner did not get in before your arrival for reasons I was unaware of. The hurricane shutters were not rusted; someone had tried to close them and jammed them in one spot. The shutters have been repaired, the broken furniture and lampshades have been replaced. The furniture in the living room was actually Rattan and is pretty common indoor furniture on the island but I have purchased a new sofa and moved one of the LR pieces to the gallery (porch) to replace the broken sofa.. I left a key for the porch grate locks so they can be opened without going to the office. They spray the whole building for pests in the beginning of each month so they should have been there in the middle of your stay. My condo has no more pests than other units, but they all get them toward the end of the month. Unfortunately, VRBO does not always show my extension on the phone number so without it (111) you don't get to me. Thank you for your feed back.

Rebecca, I apologize that the cleaner got the wrong date of your arrival from property management. Your arrival at 11 pm on the 30th did not allow me to get them there until the next morning to clean, which was the day I gave you a full refund. I have also replaced the property management including cleaners. There is no exposed electricity in the condo and the walls are reinforced concrete, so I don't see how any guest could put (w)holes in the walls without some tools. Of the 31 messages you sent me, I responded to about half. They were pretty repetitive. Again, I apologize for the arrival date error and the late cleaning.

Sorry, Julia. The cleaner and property manager have been replaced. Sometimes good help is hard to find on the island.
