We understand that mattress comfort is a personal preference, and we really appreciate your feedback. While many guests do prefer a firmer mattress, we’re looking into adding a pillow top to make it more comfortable for a wider range of preferences. As for the guest bedroom, you're absolutely right—it’s a cozy space, and unfortunately, there just isn't room to comfortably accommodate a TV. We’ve found that most guests tend to gather in the main living area for TV time, but we appreciate you pointing it out. Thank you for your comments. We will certainly address the dinnerware until situation.. Unfortunately, The Villages is a very busy place January February and March. Some people enjoy being close to 301. There's not much I can do about you as highways in the area. I am so glad you were able to enjoy nature in the Hogeye Reserve. I made sure that the pictures on the VRBO site properly reflect that this home has only a front Lanai and does not have a rear Lanai or a patio.
