I am glad you enjoyed your stay. We do provide video instructions for both the elevator and the hurricane doors. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't followed causing the doors to stick and the bedroom doors to not stay closed. Had you called, I could have helped with both problems. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the dryer not working during your stay. While we’re glad our host responded quickly and arranged for it to be serviced, we understand that waiting for a replacement part and having to air-dry clothes was frustrating, particularly with two babies and a large group. We appreciate your patience and understanding while the repair was being addressed. Additionally, we didn't just point you to a laundromat. We let you know of a drop off service only minutes away and offered to cover the cost of having your clothes laundered. We understand that it is important and want to make your stay as easy as possible. Thank you as well for pointing out the limited kitchen storage and lack of pantry space. Your feedback is very helpful, and we’ll evaluate how we can better accommodate groceries and supplies for larger groups.
