The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

In case your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please check our profile as we offer more listings in the city.

Guests are required to purchase a protection plan, which is added to the booking total. This plan provides coverage for accidental damages during your stay.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest ID verification through third-party provide TRUVI. We have seen a recent uptick in fraud and theft by guests and so we need to keep track of who is staying with us. TRUVI will contact you via email and/or text to complete the ID verification. Please do so prior to arriving to the property to enable a smooth check-in process. It will only take a few minutes to complete.

By booking with us, you agree to follow the house rules below. We appreciate your cooperation and want you to have a comfortable stay! 😊

🚭 No Smoking or Drugs – No smoking, vaping, weed, or illegal substances inside the unit, on the property, or in hallways. $1,000 fee applies for violations.

🔇 No Parties – No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. A $1,000 fee may apply for violations.

🐾 Pets – Up to 1 pet are allowed with an additional pet fee.

🏊Amenities – No smoking/vaping or glass. Maximum 3 guests per unit at a time. Violations may result in a $1,000 fee.

🧹 Cleanliness – Please leave the home reasonably clean and dispose of your trash. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.

⏰ Check-In/Check-Out – Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance, are subject to availability, and fees apply.

🛋️ Damages/Missing Items – Please take care of everything in the home. Guests may be charged for missing or damaged items.

🚿 Drains – Please keep hair out of the drains to help prevent clogs.

📦 Mail & Packages – Please do not send mail or packages to the property address.
You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.

📹 Security Camera – A security camera is located outside the unit at the front entrance. Please do not block or disconnect it.

👟 Shoes – Please remove shoes at the entrance or ensure they are clean before entering.

🪪 Guest Registration – Everyone staying overnight must be registered as a guest and use a valid government-issued ID. Please also use a real photo on your Airbnb profile.

🤝 Respectful Communication – Please treat our staff and property with respect. We’re always happy to help!

🏢 Leasing Office – Please do not visit the leasing office for assistance. Airbnb guests are welcome, but the office does not handle guest requests.

🔑 Key Fob & Parking Pass- Please keep your key fob and parking pass safe during your stay. Replacement fees are $$150 for a lost parking pass and $150 for a lost key fob.
