For your convenience, the apartment has a digital lock, eliminating the need for physical keys. The building offers a range of amenities, including a semi-Olympic pool (open in summer), 24-hour security, children's play areas, and a gym on the 31st floor with great city views. Please note that the jacuzzi and sauna facilities are gender-specific; there is one jacuzzi designated for men and another for women, and the same applies to the sauna facilities. If you require parking, please reserve it in advance, as it may not always be available. The cost for parking is USD 30 per day. Additionally, complimentary spaces can be utilized for a maximum of 2 hours.
