Perfect location! It is an older home but we loved the charm and character. Updated kitchen with everything we needed. Communication with host was great!

We spent a long weekend at crabbys place and had a wonderful time. The proximity to the beach is amazing, stepping out of the house and having the beach access a couple steps away. The beds were comfortable and the dogs were happy. Super dog friendly island and property. I was pleasantly surprised to see the swings on the property. The kids enjoyed that amenity. Also, probably our favorite thing was the outdoor shower. The only nitpick thing is not having dish soap available. The pump on the hand soap wasn’t working so we had to go out and buy some. Not a big deal at all, but a slight inconvenience on arrival day, when trying to settle in. Would absolutely book again, especially for our group, consisting of grandparents, parents and two smaller children (and 2 doggies).

The place was very nice and clean and the host was very good at communication and place was very close to the ocean

Great location, close to a beach access. Great for pets, very pleasant living area, well stocked kitchen. Must be brief due to limited characters: Rental company told us they could not get in touch with owners to answer a question we posed, we emailed multiple times and never got answer. Outdoor furniture mold stained and rubbed off on our clothes. Sheets on top of beds- had to make them ourselves, no starter toiletries provided. Could not watch live TV our whole stay, 1 night could watch Netflix after several minutes of buffering, night 2 nothing worked. Very pleasant and responsive management company, but could not fix the problem. Could not access the laundry, told after the fact there was a key hanging in the kitchen, but nobody saw key after a whole weekend of staying there, and there were no directions on fridge or email that I could find. Love the beach there, but very frustrating stay for us. Went home missing the Final Four basketball game and with a bunch of wet clothes. I was offered 100 good will in exchange for signing a compensation agreement that I will not disparage or make derogatory comments about the rental company or I can be sued 5000. My goal is not to disparage, but I feel it is important to pass along my experience in order to maintain the integrity of the VRBO platform. For this reason I did not sign the agreement and collect 100 for fear of my intended factual review being misconstrued as "disparaging."

We understand how disappointing it was to encounter issues with the television service, laundry access, outdoor furniture condition, and communication regarding your questions. We also understand how these issues impacted your ability to fully relax and enjoy your vacation. Our homes do operate under a traditional beach rental model, and our listings and pre-arrival information outline the linen setup process and limited starter supplies provided. However, we recognize that expectations can vary depending on booking platform and prior rental experiences, and your feedback is valuable as we continue working to improve communication and guest preparation. We also appreciate you sharing your concerns regarding the goodwill offer and agreement. Our intention is always to resolve concerns professionally and fairly while also respecting honest guest feedback and experiences. Thank you again for taking the time to provide such thorough feedback. Comments like yours help us identify areas where improvements can be made for future guests.
