Comprised of two distinct homes that can each be booked individually, Chic, Modern Gem with Style and Stylish, Modern Gem in the Hills, you now have the flexibility and convenience of booking both together, making this the perfect option for a family vacation or friend’s getaway. You and your guests will each find their own unique and private space to spread out while communal spaces bring you back together to connect and form lasting memories.
In a location that simply can’t be beat for exploring everything this amazing city has to offer, you’ll have the peace and privacy you desire on your vacation while being just moments from all the hottest destinations. Within just a couple of miles is the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, a popular attraction that features a wide range of animals and plants from around the world. Take a stroll through the walking trails of Eden Park, just over a mile from this home and offering views of the Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline. If you’ve worked up an appetite, you’ll find the local food and drink options to be virtually unlimited, and this neighborhood offers a variety of tacos, burritos, and other Mexican-inspired dishes, with several other options located close nearby.

• These homes are equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located at the back door, actively monitoring the walkways into the unit. The second is located at the backside of the home, actively monitoring the back yard/walkways behind the home.
