Location was everything we could ask for. It was very comfortable in the apartment and it had everything we needed for the stay.

Alright, so the unit itself was really nice. Clean, comfortable, good amenities, we didn’t have any trouble with that…BUT…our experience of the location wasn’t the best. First of all our car got broken into our first night, the host didn’t offer any kind of reimbursement (not that I expected one) because “you can’t control incidents like that” so kinda sucks that we’re now out 500 for a new window. I do understand that stuff like that happens and it’s not the host’s fault. They did offer to pay for parking when their private lot was under construction. Secondly, you are right on the street and can hear everything; all the people yelling, car horns going off and if you’re so lucky to get someone double parked on the trolley lines then you can be woken up at midnight to the trolley horn blaring for two minutes straight while they wait for whoever to come move their car. Don’t get me wrong, besides the broken window we had a great time and will come back to Cincinnati, just maybe not back to this Vrbo unfortunately.

The apartment looked just like the photos! It was a gorgeous place with a very comfy bed. It was in a great location near Findlay Market and Rhinegeist Brewery and other restaurants. There is a streetcar stop nearby. We walked everywhere or took the free streetcar, didn't have to drive anywhere! It was a great home base for our trip.

Extremely clean and well decorated!

This studio was well decorated, extremely clean and was just the perfect spot for me and my husband. We had friends in town also who booked a unit upstairs. We were within walking distance of many bakeries, the market, dining and bars. We figured out the first day which streets to avoid by the shelter and had no problem walking with our small group to/from dinner.

Sketchy neighborhood but also convenient

We were nervous having our car parked there but all was fine. EXECELLENT location for ease of getting on free streetcar that stops every 15 min & to just step outside to get food/drink from the Findlay Market right next door. Place was very clean/updated & had almost everything we wanted (could use ice cube maker/tray) and perhaps a noise machine to block out road/passerbys throughout the early morning hours, but was safe, clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated!.

Location

This flat is awesome! Everything is great about the place itself except for the towels and sheets maybe. Would’ve been perfect if newer towels were given since some had stains, so I went and rewashed them really quick. Super convenient washer and dryer as well. Perfect for long term use. I stayed about a week. Literally steps to Findlay Market. Only catch is everything else around is a bit sketchy. Meaning the streets and all. So I don’t recommend traveling alone or walking by yourself at night. But really overall love this place!

Great stay with some hiccups

For all the trouble I had to get to Cincinnati, it didn't help that the passcode they told me would be my last four numbers of my phone number, but it somehow got mixed up (it could have been my fault honestly, I'm not sure who mixed up the number) and for the 6 AM smoke alarm dying that consistently beeped until after 1 pm, I would stay here again. It would help if there was an emergency line for the moments such as a smoke alarm beeping, but I was able to get a hold of customer service when I couldn't get into the building. The parking lot was great and a big reason I stayed there but it would be helpful to tell your customer that they have to go on a one way street between buildings just to get to the lot. I loved the location, I was so close to Findlay and the street car, and I'm happy with my stay, I will stay here again when I go back to Cincy. I also found the check in and check out instructions pretty clear and easy to follow.

The loft was perfect, location a bit sketch

The actual property was wonderful. Very new feel, clean, and overall perfect for our anniversary trip. We've never been to Cincinnati, so we weren't 100% sure on neighborhoods. After researching, it seemed like Over The Rhine would be fine. I'm not sure if I'm just getting older or what, but I didn't feel that safe in the day walking the sidewalk, and after the baseball game was 10 times worse. They are clearly making improvements to the neighborhood and investing many dollars. So maybe in the future it will be even better.. Also, the trolley is LOUD, as in rattled the windows. Only suggestion to the actual property owner: The alley light comes into the loft, even with the blinds closed. Add in the 400 million electronic blue lights (tv, AC unit, appliances, etc) & the loft is quite bright. Blackout curtains, along with status light covers would go a long way. Beautiful place - the rug was AMAZING. I
